Nice place with great staff. The whole hotel is peaceful ground covered with tatami. We reserved the private onsen and was satisfied with the amenities. Bfast was a set meal with refillable sides and rice.

Located not too far from beppu station, its just a straight walk all the way.

Clean, very good service, breakfast with limited food choices, staff are polite and attend to details. The lady greeter took every effort to get a good picture for you in front of the hotel.

Hana Beppu Stay is clean, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. The rooms are modern with a cozy touch, and the onsen is a perfect bonus. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient yet peaceful. A great place to stay—I’d definitely return!

A fantastic hotel, roughly a 10-minute walk from the station. The onsen is very spacious, and the rooms are also new. Highly recommended. The lady who served us was very kind and gentle, and her English was excellent.

The soft bamboo structure, the very nice hot springs and the hospitality of the staff made me very healthy! I am very grateful to you for the flexibility in taking meals. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

This time I used it for one night with breakfast! The design inside the ryokan is very cute and I thought this ryokan is recommended for traveling girls. The sign with camellia flower as a motif about different places and I accidentally wanted to take a photo lol Mr. Nakai answered very well and he explained the inn in detail. The breakfast is simple but it is rice in a teapot and the amount for women is a little big! Men who eat a lot of breakfast may be a little unsatisfactory! There is also a free coffee corner where you can drink as many times as you want within the allotted time. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

I stayed for 2 nights in a row. The staff was very friendly and I was able to stay very comfortably. The appearance is modest, but the interior is based on the concept of bamboo and camellia, so you can have a nice rest. The floor was covered with tatami mats up to the elevator, and I felt persistent. The rice was carefully cooked one after another and was very delicious. The contents of both dinner and breakfast changed over two days, so I was able to enjoy it without getting tired. Maybe because it is an inn for women, the volume is not so big, so it may not be enough for men. The hot spring has an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and although there is no view, it is clean and spacious. I went in several times, but I was happy that it was always free and often reserved. Overall, it was a very good inn. To put it bluntly, it is a pity that the room door would be half open if it was not locked. I would like to use it if I go to Oita again.
