You can see the sea in a 5-minute walk (but not from the room), and American Village is a 10-minute walk away. The bedding, toilet, and tabletop in the room were clean, but the floor was very dirty, black, though there was no hair or other foreign matter. The living area was spacious and well suited; however, the noise at night with motorcycles was insanely loud and lasted well into the early morning hours, making it tough to sleep. Also, there is a coffee maker, but you are only supplied with one pod and no refills until cleaning day, which is once a week. We searched in multiple stores to find the brand and restock with no success.

This business hotel is ideally located in the heart of Okinawa City. The most appreciated thing about it is the ample free parking and the nearby izakaya. While small, it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a hot spring bath, laundry facilities, and a lounge. The value for money is excellent! The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for luggage and plenty of air conditioning!

I was hungover after drinking in Koza so it was great to have a large public bath.

Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are spacious and have been renovated, so they are comfortable. It is located in the center of Koza, so it is a very convenient location for going out to the restaurants at night. I would like to use it again the next time I stay in Koza.

This hotel is a wonderful family friendly location. They really have done a fantastic job of making an excellent place to stay for kids of all ages with play rooms with tons of toys and equipment.

First and foremost if you have children (I am single) this is a perfect place for them. Lots of kids play areas and they sell stuff perfect for babies or children without having to leave the hotel. Facing the ocean with fantastic views, we could even watch the sunset, and there's a seawall promenade for leisurely strolls. It's just a 15-minute walk along the seawall to American Village. The hotel also has ample parking space behind it. Being set back from the road, it's very quiet at night, making it a truly enjoyable place for a vacation.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room itself was very clean and roomy, and i especially loved the bathroom. It was like this private sauna/hot spring. I also liked the fact that the room cleaning wasn't happening daily, and that the towels were always ready on every floor. I only had to talk with one of the staffs when i was checking in, and she was really friendly. I'm super satisfied

Right next to Merica park, this place had the most reviews for local cuisine. While I thought the food was on the saltier side, the sashimi and the fried taro cakes were good. I could not tell you the difference between Okinawa tempura and regular Japanese tempura. The service was quite mediocre. Located near the sea (no beach) and that's the only good thing about this dated hotel. Consider the ageing room's furniture and toilet without bidet, the price is expensive. Additionally and the worst thing is the overnight parking charge of ¥1000 when there's plenty of empty bays at the nearby parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel except those who want jogging by the sea and with a view.

We had a fantastic stay in Chatan. The rooms are outdated as most of the hotels in the island but it is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had to work as well and the internet worked perfectly. Nice balcony with distant sea view, wash machine and a safe were all a plus. It is very close to very nice restaurants and 15 walk to the bus station. We would have liked to stay longer but in the future...

Pros: A typical business hotel. They provide Febreze-like items. A convenience store is nearby. An ice machine is available. Cons: It's noisy because it's near a bar district. We had a generally good stay, but there were a few things worth noting. I was surprised that our room wasn’t carpeted, especially since other rooms were. A timeslip back to the 1970s The is one of the most interesting hotels that I have stayed in. The way to think of this hotel is to imagine that you are going back in time to the 1970s or earlier. Only the wifi, LED lighting and TV in the room would give any clue that you are in modern hotel.

Really spacious and comfortable! It has a washing machine and dryer, which is amazing! The soundproofing isn't great at night, but overall it's excellent! There's also a 24-hour parking lot downstairs for 400 JPY, which is a great bonus! The fireworks were beautiful too.

The apartment matched the official photos. Parking was limited, and the entrance/exit was quite narrow, making it a bit challenging to park if you have a larger family car. Being close to the main road, the noise from sports cars or 'bosozoku' (biker gangs) at night could affect sleep. Downstairs, there's a Family Mart, and nearby you can find Tenkaippin Ramen or other chain sushi restaurants.

Very good layout for family travel with 3 bedrooms and 2 washrooms

The amenities are wonderful; toiletries are provided, and hot and cold water dispenser is available in the room so you dont need to keep buying water. American Village, Aeon, Daiso, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Lawson and 7-Eleven are also nearby. Reception is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; please email them if you plan to check in later.

There weren't enough parking spaces downstairs at the hotel, so I had to park in the second parking lot. Luckily, the second parking lot wasn't far away, and I would definitely come back again if I had the chance.
