Conveniently located near American Village, with direct views of the ocean and beach. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The complimentary bath salts were a nice touch, and the souvenir gift was also good. The area around the hotel is quite lively from Friday to weekend evenings, and there are fireworks on Saturday nights.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was small, and even the bed was small... It's ridiculous that their own facilities weren't open. We had to go to the Hilton next door just to swim or have dinner.

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

So happy I could watch the fireworks right from my room's balcony! It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Okinawa.

Good View Breakfast quite Disappointed

My friends and their family absolutely loved their five-day stay; it was a fantastic experience. The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach. In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach. Highly recommended!

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel isn't very frequent, especially the one going to the airport, which only runs in the morning. If you have an afternoon flight, you'll have to take a taxi. It feels more suitable for those traveling by car. On the plus side, you can walk to Hoshino Café. The hotel's restaurant has good food and service, but there are queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...

So far everything has been quite good—the staff are attentive and the service is friendly and efficient. However, the facilities themselves feel rather outdated, and some areas could benefit from renovation or modernization to match the quality of the service provided. Overall, the experience is pleasant, but the aging infrastructure slightly affects the impression.

The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, certainly a good place to stay away from the city to relax for a few days. Pool, gym, spa, beach ... are all available.

Stepping into the room was absolutely breathtaking; the view was stunning, with the white church right outside the window ⛪️. On the hotel's beach, during low tide, you could see little fish swimming and crabs scurrying in the glass-like water – it was adorable! 1） Located in a very secluded location, driving in at night is very scary due to the lack of streetlights. 2）The hotel is rather old and dilapidated, room lights are dim, but its old-fashioned design is overshadowed by the stunning sea view.

The hotel is located right inside American Village, a very lively and convenient area. It sits by the sea, so you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view while having breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, the environment is comfortable, and the service is excellent. It’s a highly recommended hotel.

The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time. I had the BEST massage right in my room at a very reasonable price. The Breakfast is among the Best I've had across the world. See pictures below.

The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is really convenient. There's even a Lawson convenience store connected downstairs. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lot of local specialties, and the handmade desserts and snacks were also quite good. Highly recommend!

The breakfast selection was very limited; by the end, I was just eating a bowl of congee with a side of pickles. The upside is the beautiful view, and it's super close to American Village – literally a one-minute walk. Everything else was great, apart from the breakfast.

I feel like the location is great but somehow the hotel is quite old-fashion style. There's no very impressive thing within the hotel. The free ramen is okay level but it's not that worthy to waste your appetite here. Anyway, it's okay level but I would say it's very likely to find a better hotel in the same level of cost.

Every single person at the front desk was smiling and adorable, very warm and kind to everyone ~ ^_^ The sea view from the room was superb; it was so peaceful to lie down and watch the sea. Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient. The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle...

While the location is a bit out of the way, I think it's perfectly fine if you're driving, as it feels like a resort hotel nestled in a village. I didn't really use the facilities; we took the kids to the nearby zoo and AEON, both super convenient. In the evenings, not being familiar with the roads and without a car, we just took the shuttle to AEON, which was very handy. The breakfast was good too...

Very good experience from customer service tho we could only contact them through email. We emailed them after we arrived once as the electronic lock did not work well. Fast response from the customer service for alternative entrance method was provided.  Highly recommended when we come to Okinawa in future.

It is located a short distance from American Village, about 15-20 minutes away. Since you can get around by car or on foot, the location was actually better than expected.
