Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive

Loved the ability to check out the public baths and pools across the various group hotels.  Conveniently located in the heat of American Village

Hotel is on the best location in American Village. Very convenient to everything - restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars, cinema, and a nearby mall. the hotel staff are very hospitable and helpful to all their guests

The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time

The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is really convenient. There's even a Lawson convenience store connected downstairs

The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lot of local specialties, and the handmade desserts and snacks were also quite good

This hotel location is good! Very close to the main area. We could walk to restaurants and the beach easily. Love the idea that we can access and use the pool facility in another Hilton :)

The complimentary bath salts were a nice touch, and the souvenir gift was also good. The area around the hotel is quite lively from Friday to weekend evenings, and there are fireworks on Saturday nights

I was there for work but I was so relaxed I forgot about it and I was very pleased that the staff couldn't leave the room given the situation

Because a state of emergency was declared, the cocktail time available to gold members was non-alcoholic, but we enjoyed the one-plate hors d'oeuvres

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

Still a big fan of Hilton. Great location and excellent service, especially from the front desk staff. A huge thank you to Ctrip for relaying my requests to the hotel in advance.

So happy I could watch the fireworks right from my room's balcony! It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Okinawa.

The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach

In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach

Our stay in Okinawa was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, right by the shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and everything else

Ive stayed at this hotel 3 times now and always feel welcome when I visit okinawa for vacation. The pool and bar on the top floor are amazing and just the nice relaxing atmosphere

Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and impeccably clean. The separate shower and toilet were a really practical touch

The location is great, right in the centre of the American Valley, 5 mins walk to the sunset beach. lots of cafe and restaurants around. Also got Limousine to the airport

I got a room upgrade (corner room) and it was huge and had great views of the sea and American village

Great location near to American Village, many restaurants and shops. The swimming pool won't allow people with tattoos 😢

Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be. While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing

The pools are nice and the hot springs are ok. The hotel is centrally located and easy to get to many places by car. There are also various animals such as dogs, monkeys and an owl to view or pet

Location is few min drive from American Village. Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient

The noise from upstairs walking is sometimes loud, we could hear the steps obviously. Swimming pool is small but has nice sea view

Room is good, services are good, location is excellent, however the facilities is a bit bad, pool open at 11am to 7pm but close for maintenance at 2-3, so if your are out for sightseeing then you won’t be able to use the pool, there have steps outside of the lift and entering the room, a bit non-convincing for moving luggage

The hotel has free parking but spaces are limited. Staff is friendly and helpful.  Although room is not big, it is clean, cozy and comfortable. Toilet and shower area are separated in the room

The room design is modern and very practical — everything feels thoughtfully laid out, with good use of space despite the room being a decent size. The hotel itself feels new and contemporary

Every single person at the front desk was smiling and adorable, very warm and kind to everyone ~ ^_^ The sea view from the room was superb; it was so peaceful to lie down and watch the sea

This hotel is a wonderful family friendly location. They really have done a fantastic job of making an excellent place to stay for kids of all ages with play rooms with tons of toys and equipment.

The best hotel ever in Okinawa. Perfect with a new giant comfort room, lovely staff's service, lobby space for kids, and delicious welcome drinks, parking lots, children playground room, etc.

We loved our stay! Hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful! Washing machines and dryers were available and ping pong table was great for some down time at the hotel

Tucked away from everything so at night it's quiet but close to everything we needed

I was in the family twin room for 3 weeks and it was pretty good, I wish I could lock to door to the place but it's okay. the location is beautiful you can get some good pictures at the top of the hill

First and foremost if you have children (I am single) this is a perfect place for them. Lots of kids play areas and they sell stuff perfect for babies or children without having to leave the hotel

The bed was too soft and caused leg pain for my husband as a result he slept in the sofa bed, which opened into an “n” shape with the top and bottom sinking down. There was also a hard metal rod in the frame

We tried requesting for an extra duvet to make it more comfortable for him and was quoted ¥3000 for it. The room was old and dusty and floor didn’t feel clean and area underneath the bed was dusty

There was a complimentary light breakfast with coffee of extremely diluted juice, along with a tiny pastry heated up. Cons: This was by far the worst hotel bed we’ve slept on

The waterfront was at our doorstep (stone steps rather than beach) and we got to see the sunset. Stay on a Saturday night and get to see the 8pm fireworks from your room

The sea view was nice but as we only paid for a mid-level floor, people could easier look in hence we kept our blinds closed most of the time

Lots within short driving range, restaurants and Aeon Chatan. Hotel staff were friendly and amenities were sufficient for our needs

Also, when I filled out the questionnaire, I was given a small gift of sweets, and I was delighted to find that they were truly attractive and delicious! It was a great experience, so I'd love to use them again if I have the chance

A beautiful hotel in Okinawa Delicious breakfast. Great services and hospitality. Hotel is a bit of town and need a car to go around. No combini nearby, but there is a small shop on the first floor for your basic needs

Fu French-toast is the best !!

We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours

After filling out the personal information provided by the hotel before arrival, you'll receive a code the day before check-in. Once you've uploaded photos of all guests' IDs, you can access your room

After successfully checking in, there were no major issues. The room was comfortable and much larger than in the photos. It wouldn't feel too crowded for eight people

Highly recommended for self-drivers and large families. The unit has four beds and three tatami mats, two toilets, two showers, a washing machine, and a dryer

You have to wash your own towels beyond the standard number provided. There is a washing machine and dryer, so doing laundry during the trip was convenient

The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and more. The overall environment is very comfortable and exceptionally clean! Self-check-in was very straightforward

It is located a short distance from American Village, about 15-20 minutes away. Since you can get around by car or on foot, the location was actually better than expected
