The hotel is located right inside American Village, a very lively and convenient area. It sits by the sea, so you can enjoy a beautiful ocean view while having breakfast in the morning. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, the environment is comfortable, and the service is excellent. It’s a highly recommended hotel.

The Vessel hotel is conveniently located near several business locations I was in Island to visit, The room was perfect and very clean. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful all the time. I had the BEST massage right in my room at a very reasonable price. The Breakfast is among the Best I've had across the world. See pictures below.

The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area is really convenient. There's even a Lawson convenience store connected downstairs. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a lot of local specialties, and the handmade desserts and snacks were also quite good. Highly recommend!

The breakfast selection was very limited; by the end, I was just eating a bowl of congee with a side of pickles. The upside is the beautiful view, and it's super close to American Village – literally a one-minute walk. Everything else was great, apart from the breakfast.

Conveniently located near American Village, with direct views of the ocean and beach. The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities. The complimentary bath salts were a nice touch, and the souvenir gift was also good. The area around the hotel is quite lively from Friday to weekend evenings, and there are fireworks on Saturday nights.

The room was tiny, the bathroom was small, and even the bed was small... It's ridiculous that their own facilities weren't open. We had to go to the Hilton next door just to swim or have dinner.

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

So happy I could watch the fireworks right from my room's balcony! It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Okinawa.

Good View Breakfast quite Disappointed

My friends and their family absolutely loved their five-day stay; it was a fantastic experience. The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach. In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach. Highly recommended!

I feel like the location is great but somehow the hotel is quite old-fashion style. There's no very impressive thing within the hotel. The free ramen is okay level but it's not that worthy to waste your appetite here. Anyway, it's okay level but I would say it's very likely to find a better hotel in the same level of cost.

The room smelled of cigarettes, but the air from the air conditioner didn't smell like cigarettes, which was nice.

This business hotel is ideally located in the heart of Okinawa City. The most appreciated thing about it is the ample free parking and the nearby izakaya. While small, it's well-equipped with everything you need, including a hot spring bath, laundry facilities, and a lounge. The value for money is excellent! The rooms are spacious, with plenty of space for luggage and plenty of air conditioning!

Room was old school but big . Got big fridge in the room too . Onsen pretty old school & get used by local before 6pm . Staff were friendly but they didn’t have email I could contact at all after my stay . Breakfast was nice.

If you have purchased a room with breakfast, you need to ask the counter for a breakfast coupon, which is valid until 9 o'clock. If you don't get a coupon when you check in, you will have to pay 1,100 yen per person the next day. There are plenty of parking spaces and it's convenient

I was hungover after drinking in Koza so it was great to have a large public bath.

Although it is an old hotel, the rooms are spacious and have been renovated, so they are comfortable. It is located in the center of Koza, so it is a very convenient location for going out to the restaurants at night. I would like to use it again the next time I stay in Koza.

My family of 4 had a lovely Christmas stay at Laguna Garden Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurants. Our room was a decent size and comfortable for whenever we could squeeze in some downtime. The sea view from our balcony was a joy to wake up to every morning and the fresh air coming into the room together with the comfortable beds in the quiet...

The place is very nice: the infrastructure is very good, all the christmas decorations and the hall are amazing. We had problems with the reservation (prior arrival) and Yuri helped us a lot not only with the reservation but also with all the information regarding the resort and the area. Unfortunately at the front desk anyone speaks english: we always used the translate, but all were very nice....

Wonderful view out of my room in the West wing which I believe is the newer wing. Huge room and bathroom. Well maintained! It is in the middle of the island so easy to take Uber to all the main attractions.

This is my fifth time staying here and I really like it. It's always clean, the staff is polite, the breakfast is delicious, and there's also delicious Chinese food in the evening. The pool is clean. There's a free laundry service available 24 hours. There's a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel for those who want to swim in the sea.

Swimming pool is great for adult. Very deep and clean - well managed. Limited restaurant option. Only one mess hall. You can enjoy other water activity at nearby Renaissance hotel (same hotel chain they said) whiich is very big resort. But some of facility (at Renaissance) can not be available to COCO Garden's client.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were well-organized. The only regret was that we couldn't see our son's lizard, which we desperately wanted to see. Other than that, it was great.

The welcome reception feels very good Although the environment is relatively small in terms of resort style, it is a good base to enjoy the night view and sunrise because it is at a commanding height. Breakfast is worth recommending, especially the tea selection, which is very considerate

I stayed at Coco Garden on the 3rd day of my 5-day, 4-night trip to Okinawa. I liked this place the most This is a resort I want to visit again next time I come. Breakfast is delicious and everyone likes it.

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel isn't very frequent, especially the one going to the airport, which only runs in the morning. If you have an afternoon flight, you'll have to take a taxi. It feels more suitable for those traveling by car. On the plus side, you can walk to Hoshino Café. The hotel's restaurant has good food and service, but there are queues for breakfast, lunch, and dinner...

So far everything has been quite good—the staff are attentive and the service is friendly and efficient. However, the facilities themselves feel rather outdated, and some areas could benefit from renovation or modernization to match the quality of the service provided. Overall, the experience is pleasant, but the aging infrastructure slightly affects the impression.

The building looks a bit aged but certainly well maintained. It is located an hour drive from Naha and is more convenient for visiting the mid and north Okinawa. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, certainly a good place to stay away from the city to relax for a few days. Pool, gym, spa, beach ... are all available.

Stepping into the room was absolutely breathtaking; the view was stunning, with the white church right outside the window ⛪️. On the hotel's beach, during low tide, you could see little fish swimming and crabs scurrying in the glass-like water – it was adorable! For breakfast, you could choose between Japanese or Western style. The hotel has a shuttle service that runs regularly to and from the Hoshino...

1） Located in a very secluded location, driving in at night is very scary due to the lack of streetlights. 2）The hotel is rather old and dilapidated, room lights are dim, but its old-fashioned design is overshadowed by the stunning sea view.

Since the hotel has free bike rental service, we rode bikes to American Village (5 min) and Araha Park and Beach (1 min), hotel location is convenient. This hotel is a wonderful family friendly location. They really have done a fantastic job of making an excellent place to stay for kids of all ages with play rooms with tons of toys and equipment.

The best hotel ever in Okinawa. Perfect with a new giant comfort room, lovely staff's service, lobby space for kids, and delicious welcome drinks, parking lots, children playground room, etc.

First and foremost if you have children (I am single) this is a perfect place for them. Lots of kids play areas and they sell stuff perfect for babies or children without having to leave the hotel. I was in the family twin room for 3 weeks and it was pretty good, I wish I could lock to door to the place but it's okay. the location is beautiful you can get some good pictures at the top of the hill....

We loved our stay! Hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly and helpful! Washing machines and dryers were available and ping pong table was great for some down time at the hotel. Tucked away from everything so at night it's quiet but close to everything we needed.

Good location and a correct welcoming (it’s better to be with someone speaking Japanese because the English language of the receptionists is low). If it’s for just to sleep one night without big luggage it’s ok but if you have a lot of baggage and heavy, there’s too much steep stairs (it can be honestly dangerous). Each room has its own parking place : It’s very convenient.

Extremely great value for the quality and location. Friendly staff, spacious room, comfy beds. The bathroom was large (too large, perhaps) and the decor added a nice vibe. Free laundry/dryers also available in the lounge area, so you can wash your swimsuit and clothes after the beach, etc.

Facing the ocean with fantastic views, we could even watch the sunset, and there's a seawall promenade for leisurely strolls. It's just a 15-minute walk along the seawall to American Village. The hotel also has ample parking space behind it. Being set back from the road, it's very quiet at night, making it a truly enjoyable place for a vacation.

The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt...

The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle...

While the location is a bit out of the way, I think it's perfectly fine if you're driving, as it feels like a resort hotel nestled in a village. I didn't really use the facilities; we took the kids to the nearby zoo and AEON, both super convenient. In the evenings, not being familiar with the roads and without a car, we just took the shuttle to AEON, which was very handy. The breakfast was good too...
