Comfortable stay, spacious rooms. hotel also has its own onsen.
Yukata and tanzen are provided.
Breakfast option is between japanese and western sets. You let the reception person know which and they will give you a ticket for breakfast. Dining area is between the Annex and Main buildings.
Free parking at 1F if you drive.
They provide the usual amenities and microwave in the 2F lobby (main building).

Excellent hotel. Nice clean rooms and a free shuttle bus to the station.

The location was fine. There is a restaurant in the hotel and within a one- to two- minute walk there is a conveyor belt sushi place, a McDonald's, and a Marugame Udon shop. Free morning shuttles to Tokushima Station (or a 10-minute walk). The bath is a bit cramped and the water pressure is just a bit low for the shower.
My one concern: the tub needs non-skid strips to prevent slips/falls.

It was a little far from the station, but it was nice to be able to walk there along the illuminated Shinmachi River. I thought there would be coffee and tea bags in the room, but I was shocked that there weren't. There was barley tea on the second floor, but it was a bit difficult to carry the other amenities and paper cups up to the room. I've had similarly good value hotels in the past, so... Also, there was no power outlet by the bed, which was inconvenient.

Breakfast was a choice between Japanese and Western food. I was hoping for a buffet, but unfortunately it was not. The breakfast was served from 7:00, but I had to leave after 7:00, so I wanted to cancel the breakfast, but I was disappointed that it was not possible.

It's a little far from the station, but that made it cheaper, even on the weekend.
There was also a large public bath.
For food, there were hamburgers and sushi restaurants across the street and next door, and cup noodles and small snacks were available at the hotel shop.

It was an 8 minute walk from Tokushima Station, and was in a great location with a great view of Tokushima city.
The biggest advantage was that the parking lot was free.
I would also like to stay there if I ever go to Tokushima.

There was a large communal bath and I was able to relax.
