Only good thing is price and location. They don’t clean the room except every 3 days. We stayed 4 nights and no rooms cleaning. The rooms are super small, the pillows are uncomfortable
There isn’t much seating in lobby to sit and relax let alone eat something. They have a large book sitting room except they are lazy and keep it locked and closed the whole time.
Also the wifi just would stop working for hours at a time
If you aren’t super price sensitive find another hotel

I understand the need to be environmentally conscious by reducing the unnecessary room cleaning and/or changing the linens, but when the room is full of dust upon check-in, I do not think it is acceptable. I can see lots of dust next to the desk and along the baseboards without even having to move any furniture around speaks a lot about the state of cleanliness.
I stayed here many times before Covid, and unfortunately, I do not think I will return after this most recent stay.

Very small rooms. Bathroom smelled and was very cramped. They said they offered laundry service but when asked they told us we had to drop off before 9a but they did not state that anywhere. Staff was not the friendliest or most helpful. No sound insolation in the windows, it was very loud over night. The elevator doesn't work without a room key making it difficult to use when bringing things up. The pros are the close location to the terminal and local shops, and the 24hour 711 right next to the hotel.

Hotel located right in the middle of Osaka life. Very pleasant lobby full of anime that you can read.
Rooms clean and spacious enough according to Japanese standards.
Breakfast varied but purely Japanese which is perfect for a tourist! Very good food quality, friendly staff.
Extra point : there is a Konbini right in the hotel lobby, with microwave and coffee machine. What more could you want ?!

Global Travelling sometimes takes the most out of you! From having to endure frenzy crowds exiting the aircraft to long walkways to the customs and immigration. One just want to check in to a conducive hotel room without any hassles or incidents! However, from experience, without the fine exemplary of Professional Hoteliers like Miss Law or Mr. Makoto Yanagisawa it will hardly happen! Their competencies, efficiencies and insights into our creature comforts speaks volumes of their Impeccable, Professional 5 Stars Services from the Heart. They can indeed stand toe to toe, at any day, anytime with any International Top Stars Hoteliers indeed!

This hotel is in the middle of all the happening area. Dotonbori is just one street away. 7-11 next to hotel. Hotel breakfast is average and it’s included in the room rate. We had to skip the hotel breakfast three mornings as there was a very long line every day (more than 20mins if we had waited). Family room is spacious and bathroom, toilet good and spacious. One issue we noticed though was there wasn’t a space to keep luggage, even though the room was large. We had to keep the luggage on the floor. Friendly staff and service.

The Hotel’s location is great however my biggest issue was the air conditioning spewed warm instead of cool air! We notified the staff and they told us that the infrastructure was old and nothing could be done about it therefore they gave us a fan. Thankfully the air conditioning was fixed promptly.
Staff were great, bathroom was acceptable but the rooms are probably the smallest I’ve ever seen. Good for one person, hell for two or more. Well I can’t complain. It’s in the heart of Osaka.

Breakfast was good. They do not have shuttle service. Hotel has access to 7/11 right next to it.

Has pretty much all the bare essentials for a hotel. Location wise is good and bad. Its in the hustle and bustle of dotomburi with ample choice for eats and shopping is very close by. However for those planning to use the rail & metro a lot it can be tiresome especially with luggage. For anyone using Osaka as a base to visit other areas like Kobe, Kyoto, Hiroshima etc i would recommend staying close to Shin-Osaka station. Otherwise to explore Osaka its great. The hotel room was a little cramped for 2 people. Bathroom was small but typical of basic Japanese hotels. We also only had 3 hangers in our room which we believe is insufficient for 2 people. The staff were lovely though.
