The hotel is clean and tidy. I stay here every time I'm on a business trip, and it's great. They also offer free coffee and doenjang-jjigae, which is a really thoughtful touch.

Small rooms are a common issue in Japan, but what I don't understand is why the corners of this table aren't rounded. If I were a child, I'd constantly be bumping my head on it. As an adult, I even hit my waist on the table corner the moment I squatted down to put on my slippers (you can see in the picture that the underside of the table is a sharp corner, not rounded, and there's already wear and tear on that piece of wood, so I'm probably not the only one who's bumped into it). The hotel really needs to address this! After hitting that corner, I had a weak lower back the next day and was in pain during my entire car ride. 😣

The night shift front desk staff spoke good English, so communication was easy and their service was excellent.

Very close to OCAT bus terminal, Namba station and Dotonbori. Staff is amazing and very kind!

Very close to Namba Station. There's a staff member who speaks Chinese and is very kind.

Nice clean, modern, hotel. Bed is firm but comfortable. Helpful staff. I liked the location because it's within 30 minutes walk of major entertainment areas but it's an area that feels very Japanese, not really any other tourists.

Great hotel within walking distance to namba station, orange street and dotonburi. free soft drinks in the evening and easy check-in. Would recommend for a few days stay.

We chose this hotel because it was close to JR Namba. Not only could we go to outside spots like Nara and Kobe, we could also use Osaka Loop Line to popular areas, including Umeda and Universal Studio.

Nice hotel in a good location but not right in the heart of the minami area. 5 min walk to JR and OCAT bus terminal and about a 15 min walk to the NAMBA Nankai Line. Close to the sights but not in the heart of the city which was preferred. Some very good local restaurants nearby.
