Hotel Replace Namba Osaka in Osaka

I stayed for 5 nights, room with breakfast. Check in was smooth, I got one key card to access room and onsen. I dropped my breakfast vouchers and frantically looked for them in my room the next morning, thinking I misplaced them somewhere. When I couldn't find them, I went to the lobby to request for a replacement. I was returned the ones I dropped. Just a thought, my room number was written on the folder, it would have helped if the recep had left me a note asking me to claim it.
Room - a good size with a King sized bed and a sofa. View out of window was nice. Bathroom was small but ok for a single person. Shower products smelled and felt good.
Onsen - best time to go in the afternoon. Totally empty! There is an outdoor and indoor pool and a steam room. Many wash areas all equipped with shower products. It gets extremely busy at night. Good for inked people.
Breakfast buffet - the breakfast buffet offered the same food everyday. Food gets refilled fast, and trays are cleared fast too. Might have to wait a bit for coffee & toast due to the number of guests.
Clientele - choice of hotel for Koreans
Location - Quite a walk from the metro. Nippombashi is about 10mins walk away. Shinsaibashi is about the same distance. A short right turn from the hotel brings you to the hosts streets of Namba, with many people in suits hanging about. Not threatening but definitely very busy at night. Many eateries to choose from.

This hotel looks super modern, and the lobby is extremely spacious. However, I did not try the restaurant and the onsen at the rooftop is great to use for relaxation! I noticed this hotel is very popular among Korean tourists much more than American tourists. The receptionists are multilingual and started speaking to me in Korean. That was funny! The rooms are fine and minimal but clean and at least bigger than APA hotel chain. The location is great, but it is definitely on a main street which can be a double edged sword. Walking to Dotonbori was an ease and made it convenient for our 3 day stay. Overall 8/10 here and would stay again!

Right in middle of town. Back is shinsaibasuji shopping street within a minute walk, 1-2min walk to the riverside, interesting signage streetfood place and the running man sign etc are all very close by. American street is just cross the road and about 5-10mins walking distance to the Kuromon market, very convenient and good location.
The hotel is simple and nice. Petit but well design and clean, you’ll have all you need. Bed was comfy, Laundry status can see on room tv and it’s convenient and easy. Food was ok and staffs are friendly. No complaint at all, it was a good stay and I’m highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3-night stay here. I booked the second-tier room since I was on holiday and wanted something more spacious — and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was on a high floor with a nice view and plenty of space. There’s also an onsen on the top floor, which was decent.

The real highlight, though, is the location — absolutely perfect. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants just downstairs, and Dotonbori is right around the corner. There’s even a Limousine Bus service at the opposite building that goes directly to and from Kansai Airport, which is super convenient, especially for families or senior citizens.

Service was excellent and the room was very clean. My only minor issue was that on one night I requested eco-cleaning, and they didn’t replace my toothpaste and toothbrush — so I didn't brush my teeth that night.

The room was great value for money and the location was great, the only downside was that there was no elevator.

The room has everything, microwave, refrigerator, large balcony, large wardrobe, but there is no elevator, so tiring, living on the fifth floor is really devastating 🏳️

A Japanese- style hotel.the location is great, It’s near the nibbonbashi station. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, but it’s very quiet. Staffs there are very nice and polite. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends when they come to Osaka

Very good hotel, the room is very good, feel like home. The location is also good, quiet at night. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. The staff is very friendly, some can speak Korean, some can speak Chinese, very enthusiastic
