Standard room for this room type is double bed only, but the picture shows twin beds.

Locate in a bit distance from subway.

The room is quite small to open large luggage , typiccally in Japan

Approximately 10-15 minutes walk from metro, the room is not big, just barely enough for 2 luggage’s. The common facilities including coffee and tea is great, will consider it again next time

The hotel is great for business trips, but do take note of the payment process. I booked online assuming it was prepaid, but the card was only for guarantee and I had to pay at the counter upon arrival. It would be better if this was more clearly stated during the booking process to avoid confusion. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and the service was good.

I stayed for two consecutive nights and found the hotel to be very convenient and easy to use, with plenty of restaurants nearby. They also held my luggage for me, which was a big plus! 👍

The room was clean and tidy. Given that it's on Midosuji, the room wasn't huge, but I managed to slide my suitcase under the bed. The location is fantastic; the subway station is just a few minutes' walk away, and Shinsaibashi is only about a fifteen-minute stroll – perfect for browsing as you go.

Friendly staff and nice service, but the room is extremely small that you cannot even open your luggage completely. The hotel is a bit far away from the subway station.

Good choices of hotel with affordable price. Cleanliness is great as the hotel is newly opened this year. The hotel did provide daily housekeeping services which is great👍
Metro station is within 10 minutes walking distance, will book again during next visit👍

The hotel's location is excellent, and the service is outstanding! It's near Shinsaibashi, making it incredibly convenient for visiting all the shopping streets. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Osaka for the first time.

A stylish hotel in a great location. It's walkable to Midosuji and Shinsaibashi. However, it might be easy to confuse with other Garner properties which are around the same area. So do research on which one you are heading to beforehand. Friendly staff. The communal area serves good coffee.
