Located in a beautiful bay. The sunrise bay view worth much more than the room's price. The hotel is grand and classy.

Trip.com delivered! I booked a Japanese-style room for two nights and they assigned us a high-floor corner room with an extra Western single bed, which was perfect for those who don't like sleeping on futons. The sea view was incredible, but it's pretty out of the way with nowhere to go. Honestly, one night would have been enough! Luckily, the hotel has a free shuttle bus, but it's a 3-hour round trip!! Most guests were elderly. The dinners were a pleasant surprise, different each night. However, the breakfast buffet was nothing to write home about.

Wonderful. The food is great but the view from the room is amazing and the outdoor bath with a view on the pacific ocean is incredible.

The hot springs and the view from the room were amazing. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was also excellent.

This is a hot spring resort hotel with a very high cost performance. I was impressed by the scenery when I first stayed there last year. I stayed here again with friends for two nights this year. The service was very good and the food was great. I could watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night. The experience of watching the sunrise while soaking in the hot spring facing the sea was absolutely amazing.

It's so beautiful, situated on a cliff by the sea. Every room has a full sea view. Watching the sunrise in the morning is so beautiful. The seaside onsen has a beautiful view. It's so satisfying. The food is very delicious, both dinner and breakfast. The hotel helped victims of the 2011 tsunami and earthquake, and they survived the events very well. I would like to express my appreciation. I will definitely stay there again if I have the chance.

I took my two children to Sendai during the holiday. A friend recommended this hotel. The room has a view of the sea from the window. The room we stayed in was very large. There is a Japanese bath in the hotel and you can see the Pacific Ocean. Dinner was Japanese cuisine, the ingredients were very fresh, good reviews

We stayed on the 8th floor of Hotel Kanyo. The view, food, and hospitality were all great. The staff were friendly and the open-air bath was amazing. We all wanted to come back.
We were a group of four with an average age of 85, but we had a great time.

Fabulous outdoor on sen under the cave, delicious sashimi at dinner , but for brackfast menu need adjustment , most hot food are just warm and need menu in English & directory in English
