Tiny rooms, BUT the service is 5-stars! Checking in was easy. The rooms were small, and the one I got didn't have much of a room, but I'd definitely come back! First off, the the tote bag of things they gave (which no other hotel does) were already things I brought, but THEIRS WAS BETTER!!! The toothbrush looks and feels cheap, but really, there's a purpose to its flexibility, and the culver's were ergonomic for you to grip. This afternoon the detail is AMAZING!
Then, there's the breakfast. Most hotels have taken that away altogether, but the breakfast here is nice! The service has been the best in Japan I've had so far!

This hotel in Sendai is extremely friendly to international travelers. One of the staff members can speak Chinese, which was incredibly helpful for us. She assisted us with many things during our stay and helped arrange luggage storage before check-in, making everything very smooth and convenient.

The room is also slightly larger compared to many hotels in Japan, which made the stay more comfortable. The location is excellent as well — it is very close to Sendai Station, and there are supermarkets and many shops nearby, making it very convenient.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay and there is really nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers visiting Sendai.

This was my second stay here, and I honestly think their mattresses are the most comfortable I've ever slept on, even compared to luxury hotels. They offer the perfect balance of firmness and support for my back, making them incredibly cozy. That's actually why I decided to book here again. On another note, the breakfast was excellent! They had a great selection of fermented foods and plenty of plant-based options. The ox tongue curry soup with rice was absolutely amazing, and the crisp and tender kimchi was a pleasant surprise. I even had two bowls of miso soup!

Unlike most Japanese accommodations, the room was untidy and the public bath was quite dirty.

The rooms was very comfortable and good amenities produced. Rooms very clean. We like this accommodation and want to come back some day. 👍

The hotel is pretty good; it's clean, hygienic, and convenient! It's located near the station, about a 5-minute walk. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, so you don't have to worry about where to eat 😂.

The location is good, super near to sendai station, and right next to Yodobashi Sendai that have almost everything. Room size is not that small, my only complain is that the bahtroom is far too big and make the bedroom quite small to open to big luggage. and book thru Hotel Website is good, I got much cheaper price and able to check in 1hr in advance.
