The friendly service and excellent facilities made me feel good. The hot springs were also well-maintained. However, the food was a bit disappointing, being buffet-style. I highly recommend it.

The private insen was very relaxing, but the food was a bit mediocre.

The hotel is located in Akibo Onsen and offers excellent value for money. The onsen is very comfortable, the dinner is a very generous buffet with unlimited drinks, and the rooms are very spacious. I will definitely come back next time.

The drivers are courteous and helpful. Upon arrival at the hotel, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and ice cream, a truly heartwarming experience. There are three hot springs, each with its own unique characteristics. The buffet dinner and breakfast are plentiful, featuring delicious sweet shrimp and sea bream slices, tender beef tenderloin, and sweet and soft potato tempura – not to be missed.

Private baths were great. Breakfast was a bit limited. Could have used more snacks at the lounge. Shuttle bus was smooth. Feels a bit pricy for what you get.

A new hot spring hotel with great value for money. The location is easy to find, the Welome Drink is excellent, and the Leilei Trail is nearby. Highly recommended.

02.02.2025 Guest

Considering the food and drinks (including alcohol) that are free, the value for money seems high. However, even though we booked as a couple, there were only two large yukatas provided... I wish they had been a little more considerate.

Foods are excellent and lots of varieties to choose from

12.01.2025 Lengjingjia

This is a standard Japanese-style hot spring resort hotel with an all-inclusive price. It offers many surprises and is very cost-effective. Although it is old, it does not affect the experience of staying, bathing, and dining at all. I recommend it to friends who are going to Akiho Onsen in Sendai.
