If you’re heading to a destination with a Dormy Inn, it’s always my top pick—and the Sendai Annex is no exception! The prices are incredibly affordable, the rooms are spacious enough for comfort, and the onsen (hot springs) is a relaxing highlight after a day out. They even offer free late-night ramen, ice cream, and self-service laundry machines, which is a game-changer for travelers. Plus, the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the station and nearby malls. For this price point, I honestly can’t find anything better—highly recommend!

- Due to we didn't buy breakfast so we can not share it,sorry.
- For Onsen it's good.
- For location it's ok ,easy walk fm Sendai station.
- Size of room is ok, it's bigger than other.
- But we need service towel & water serve at room if stay more than 1 night i/o request at front desk.

Nice location, very clean room and it was a bit larger than the other business hotels I've been too. Bathroom had a shower-only set-up which was quite good too. Only grouse was the motion-sensitve light at the room doorway which kept switching on each time I turned around near the door when I was unpacking

Good service, they help us store luggage before check in and help us put luggage inside our room after we come back late for check i

Good location, room is a little smaller than the other Dormy Inn, reception staffs were helpful. Hotel surround with shops and restaurants. Sendai station only10 mins.

I very much enjoyed the onsen, the ice cream and late night ramen. The rooms itself are tiny and appear rundown. I had very poor quality of sleep.

Pillow was very bad, it was like 2 inches thick and wrong hard. Bed was hard as well. They did not do room service all 3 days.

The onsen is really good tho

This is a Dormy Inn located in the heart of Sendai.

There is another Dormy Inn nearby, so be careful not to confuse it with the other one.

It is located inside what looks like an office building, with the reception on the third floor.

There is also a restaurant and large public bath on the lobby floor.

There is also a coffee machine available as a welcome drink.

The large public bath has an indoor bath as well as an open-air bath.

As it is a Dormy Inn, they offer free late-night ramen in the evening and free ice cream after you've bathed (Yakult in the morning).

Room tour movie can be seen on YouTube.

Don't stay here. The bathroom wasn't cleaned when I opened the door. The facilities are old and the bed was dusty and dirty. It ruined my mood immediately. The hot springs were okay, nothing special. I only stayed one night and then moved to another hotel. Out of all the Dormy Inns in Sendai, I recommend avoiding all of them except for the 4-star one.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
