Mansour Hotel in Amman

My experience at Mansour Hotel was absolutely terrible. The condition of the room was shocking and far below any basic standard of cleanliness or comfort.

The bed was in horrible condition – the mattress springs were sticking out and it was impossible to sleep comfortably. It felt unsafe and extremely cheap. The toilet was dirty, poorly maintained, and had a very bad smell. The entire room had an unpleasant odor. The walls were damaged, paint was peeling, switches were broken, and everything looked old and neglected. The furniture was scratched and worn out. Nothing matched the photos or basic expectations of a decent hotel.

The hygiene level was unacceptable. The shelves were dirty, the corners were full of dust, and the overall maintenance of the property is very poor.

The worst part of this experience was the night manager. He was extremely arrogant, greedy, and very rude in his behavior. Instead of helping guests, he spoke disrespectfully and showed no professionalism at all. His attitude made the stay even more uncomfortable. A hotel representative should be polite and supportive, but he was the complete opposite.

I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and choose a better place. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Fraudsters, dishonest. I reserved and paid for a family room online. After a long journey to the hotel, there were no rooms available. The hotel staff weren't at all interested in where I could stay. They simply told me there were no rooms available, even though my reservation was paid for and confirmed. I didn't get any money back. I wouldn't recommend it.

Very dirty hotel and very cold room the shower doesn't work ………………………………………… I was given a very dirty and cold room I couldn't sleep all night………………………….

My room was very dirty and the blanket (no sheets were provided) stunk and was clearly not washed for a while. The bathroom was in a terrible state, the water barely trickled out of tap and there were footprints and dirt all over the floor. The walls between rooms are practically non-existent and I had to wear headphones at night in order not to hear my neighbor getting in and out of the room during the night. The host was nice and kindly helped me ordering a taxi. The only star is for him.

The gentleman who greeted me was very kind, but he told me they were full when I showed up. I then told him I had a reservation that had already been paid, and the story changed that they were shutting down for renovations. My booking agency informed me that the hotel rejected my reservation because I showed up drunk, which is a complete lie. Nice people, but very dishonest...
