I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent hospitality I received during my recent stay at your hotel.
This was not my first time staying at the Landmark Amman, and each time I am impressed by the high level of service, cleanliness, comfort, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes guests feel at home.
I would especially like to commend the front desk team, and in particular Mohammad Manasra and Jown, for their outstanding kindness, professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to assist with every request, always with a smile and a very high standard of service.
I would also like to thank all the hotel staff for their organization, attention to detail, and the pleasant environment that makes every stay a wonderful experience.
There is no doubt that I will continue to choose Landmark Amman Hotel in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel with excellent service in Jordan.

At no point — neither upon arrival nor during the handover — was I informed that this valet service carried a fee. There were no verbal explanations, no signage pointed out, and no opportunity given to consent or decline based on cost.
Upon retrieving my vehicle, I was then stopped, asked to park on the side, and informed that I was required to pay the valet fee. Being confronted with a charge after the service was already imposed is unacceptable and creates a very uncomfortable guest experience.
Transparency, choice, and clear communication are basic hospitality standards. For a hotel branding itself as luxury, forcing a service and disclosing fees only after the fact is misleading and highly unprofessional.
In addition to this, the condition of the hotel’s public facilities was equally disappointing. The public restrooms were noticeably dirty, which is surprising and concerning for a hotel of this caliber. Even more concerning, the restroom attendant was present but was sitting and eating nuts, rather than attending to cleanliness or guest needs.
This experience significantly detracted from what should have been a seamless arrival and departure, and management should urgently review valet procedures and guest communication.
I would like to give special thanks to the housekeeping staff, especially Yamen Arafat, for their outstanding work. They were professional, and friendly.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
However, the gym was quite old and in need of an update. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the excellent service and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
