InterContinental Hotels AMMAN in Amman

A little far from the airport, but Taxi services make it simple to access. The Hotel itself and the staff were clean and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff is courteous and helpful, checkin was a breeze, they keep checking on you constantly, food was amazing, the buffet breakfast spread was delicious with lots of choices and there was nespresso coffee in the room which is a must when you’re traveling for work. Overall an amazing experience staying here and I would definitely choose them again. Also, the location is ideal for seeing the main attractions in the city center. Everything is within a 30 minutes walking radius as long as you’re comfortable negotiating Amman’s steep climbs 😊

I spent three nights at the InterContinental Amman and it was amazing. The check-in was perfect, friendly and efficient. My room was upgraded due to my IHG status and it was a really nice, large 2-room suite with an extensive bathroom and a lot of amenities. Housekeeping was amazing and attentive.
The gym is well fitted, maybe a little older machines, but in general one of the best and spacious hotel gyms I have encountered so far. The staff there is also very welcoming and helpful. The massage in the Spa done by Elena was dream-like.
The indoor pool looked really nice from the gym, but I did not use it.
The InterContinental Club Lounge is one of the best I have seen, both in terms of space, atmosphere, and staff and the level of service provided. Especially helpful were Mohammad and Areen at the lounge reception and Ahmad looking after your well-being in terms of food & beverages.
I can only recommend the hotel. Maybe the building is a bit older maybe the furniture are not top-notch modern 2025 style, but everything is fitted nicely and with great quality. The location of the hotel is convenient, slightly outside the busy city center, but nevertheless central and in walking distance to the main attractions.
The staff in all areas of the hotel – which I encountered – is awesome. I felt very welcome and would come back anytime.

Nice hotel

was very pleased with my experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa, restaurants, and various facilities offered by the hotel. I would rate it not just as a five-star experience, but closer to seven stars.

I would like to extend a special thanks to Ward and Dina, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with our inquiries and played a significant role in arranging our visits to key attractions in Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba, and the city of Amman. Their efforts ensured that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience.

My daughter also had a wonderful time and made cherished memories during our stay.

Our stay at InterContinental Amman was excellent. Everything was just perfect. We were upgraded to a suites room, that was very spacious with a good view. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very nice, with a big spread. The staff at the restaurant provide the best service, always attentive. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would love to return to this hotel. Only flaw I could find is the housekeeping, cleanliness needs some improvements.

The staff at are very friendly, and the location is convenient. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some renovation, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is amazing , very clean everywhere , I disliked that they don’t have reserved areas for smokers everybody smokes anywhere they feel is a good spot for it , not thinking in people that we don’t smoke including little kids , it will be nice if they enforce smokers to smoke on designated areas and not inside restaurants and bars , I ate at 5 de mayo restaurant ( as a good Mexican lol ) not well convenced that I was going to find good Mexican food , I was wrong I gave my congratulations to the stuff and chef the food was amazing and so the drinks , I drank a Paloma a typical Mexican drink base with tequila , squirt ,grapefruit juice , lime juice over salty ring glass , Tequila used on my drinks was Don Julio , All stuff from valet parking to receptionists and in general were super friendly I definably recommend this hotel if you are visiting Amman Jordan or
