Maybe before it was a good place! But now it is really in need for a good renovation!!!

very dirty and smelly hotel. we went to another hotel nearby (larsa hotel) has 1 star less but 10 times better

The bathroom was a disaster with water leaks all over the floor and cold water. În the room there was dirty floor, blanket and courtains and no heat. Well, it was very cold all over The hotel. The breakfast was poor and The spa area... I better don't mention. The only good part was the staff, all very friendly.

Being a business woman I travel a lot and has stayed in various hotels. As a part of my business trip I was unfortunate to stay at this overrated four star hotel a week back.it was the worst ever stay till date...No water in the toilet,poor breakfast and to top it the water closet had to be repaired every single day ..very poor staff services at the time of need...very much disappointing was their services.

Terrible hotel. We booked two nights for a buisness associate from China. She couldn't stay for another night because the room was so horrible. Dirty bathroom with no towels or toilet paper. Dirty room. Shameful.
