Bristol Hotel in Amman

i stayed in this hotel for only one night and the experience was horrible in general can you imagine that in march they dont have cold central AC!!! Amman is full of 5stars hotel which are the same price and much better service and quality.

NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I am very disappointed. I regret I booked a room at this hotel. I arrived after midnight (with giving the hotel late arrival notice), when I got there, I waited at the service counter more than 12 minutes. The receptionist then told me that there is not a room for me! Although I booked a non smoking room with King Bed. He said all rooms are smoking, and al he can do is to try to find a twin bed in a handicap accessible room on the floor level. After waiting another 30 minutes, he failed to find anything, yet, he kept asking me to wait and not to worry ... so, after 38 hours of travel time, I was very exhausted, I asked to talk to the manager, he told me that he is the manager .. hehe ... So, I realized that it is truly a 1 star hotel or may be 2 stars, and I left and waited on the main road after 1 am and luckily found a Taxi, I started looking for a hotel, and I found one around 2:15AM.
