One Star. Stay Away From This Hotel
Amir Palace Hotel in Aqaba was a complete disaster. The room was filthy with dirty sheets, dust everywhere, and a bathroom that smelled of sewage. The furniture was old, broken, and uncomfortable.
The staff were rude and unprofessional. They ignored complaints and made no effort to help. The breakfast was terrible with stale bread, watered-down juice, and almost no choices. The entire place felt neglected and unsafe.
For the price, this hotel is a scam. I left early because staying here ruined my trip. Do not waste your money — Aqaba has far better hotels than this one.

Dirtiest place I’ve been to, The dude didnt leave any toilet paper or soap or towel, the bedsheets were clearly used without being cleaned and everything was so dusty. Avoid that place

This hotel was absolutely terrible. The room we were given was dirty and poorly maintained. There were no towels or toilet paper when we arrived, and the sheets and mattresses were filthy. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do NOT stay here, especially if you are a woman. I’m a female solo traveler and was harassed by one of the hotel staff. He invited me to go out with him and asked me what I want to drink, and when I politely declined, he kept calling me repeatedly during the night, making me feel extremely unsafe in the hotel. I didn’t feel respected as a guest. There are many better and safer places to stay in Aqaba for similar prices avoid this hotel at all costs.

I had a one night stay for a job i had for a day; i wanted somewhere basic to stay, nothing fancy.
I contacted them to reassure, and they confirmed!!!!!!!
Upon arrival with my husband, the first thing the worker said when he knew we were from booking “yeah we cancelled your reservation”
I told him that they had my number why didn’t they inform me beforehand to find a substitute!!! He said “if you pay more we’ll give you the room”
What on earth is this?!

I don’t recommend you reserving at this place as you could find yourself in this scam
Just pick somewhere else where they respect guests and take the booking application more seriously

Great place and location for the price. I was a little worried about this place after reading the reviews but I was positively disappointed. The place is close to the city center but on a quiet street. The common areas and room were super clean and tidy. We had everything in the room we would possibly need. The receptionist was very welcoming, spoke perfect English and did everything to make sure we have a great stay.

Best value for money hotel we had in Jordan. Nice people. Large room with great equipment like blackout courtains, silent aircondition, refrigerator, kittle and coffe and tee on room. Complimentary water. Not luxury but very comfrtable and practical. Small bathroom. Really great deal.

Highly recommended, locations is perfect, everything you need is 5 min away. Staff are nice and helpful, they can assist you with anything you need and give you recommendations to enjoy your day in Aqaba. Rooms are very clean, and they offer free water, Nescafe and tea. Rooms equipped with AC and refrigerator. Wifi is fast and reliable.

Cheap and basic accommodation in Aqaba. Rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Water pressure including the shower was a bit on the low side however. Staff at reception were friendly too and gave some good recommendations. The only issue we had was during check out, the reception room was locked and there was no one present at 10am. We had to leave the keys on the door as we were in a hurry.

Basic but good. Clean room and hot water. Fridge and kettle. Good location not far from the beach front. No frills and great for the price.

We were a group of 19 people which was a bit “heavy” to serve on the same time. The Humus, Falafel and Labane were very good. It is Avery popular restaurant for the locals and a good place to get an Arab dishes.

Very bad local place, dirty with bad service

Below the average, pizza is not bad but it's not good also, pastas are very bad, we ordered penna arabiata and it was nothing related to arabiata, the place is not good, outdoor seats were very hot, tables and chairs were not comfortable, the indoor seating (which is an ice cream shop!) is cooler but small & smelly! The staff though were very nice and helpful.

Below average restaurant. Ingredients used are not as advertised. I tried fettuccini and it had nothing to do with fettuccini. Will never go back again.
