The hotel's interior and courtyard are interesting. The rooms are classically decorated, with gold frames and crystal chandeliers, but not to everyone's taste. The breakfast is okay.

Amazing hotel! We came for a conference for 30 people! From the organizational viewpoint, everything was at a top notch level! Staff very helpful and professional. From check-in to check-out the process was swift and courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Musa, and wonderful ladies at front desk Guliza, Aida, Mariam and Dilnoza. They were very kind and helpful. Food and beverage were very tasteful and provided a vast choice.

Lovely experience the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The breakfast buffet had many options. I highly recommend you speak with Ademi, Zhanat, Dilnoza, and Bota from the front desk. They helped us with everything and gave us recommendations for amazing restaurants in Shymkent. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The staff was always friendly especially reception girls Adema and Dilnoz, attentive, and ready to help with any request. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the services fully met my expectations also the food was amazing . I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Mustafa from the staff for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, he truly made my stay more enjoyable. A big thank you to the whole team, and especially to Mr. Mustafa for his warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return!
