The rooms were clean, and the location wasn't too far from the city center, which was a good deal. It seemed like most everything was within a 10-15 minute taxi ride.

Only a few staff members spoke English, but if everyone spoke English, communication would have been easier. Also, the room organization time was a bit slow.
Note for long-term stayers!

+There's a pub in front of the hotel, and the staff were all friendly and the overall cleanliness was excellent. Recommended.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Unfortunately, we were unhappy with some things:
*The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, we reported it to the reception, but they didn't solve the problem, they didn't even offer to change the room.
*The breakfasts weren't impressive, the choice and taste left much to be desired.
*The coffee wasn't tasty, it was hard to tell if it was because of the milk or the machine, but other guests also made comments about this.
*The football field, noise from 7am to 12pm.
*The net on the window, in a word, there is a net there.

I would like the administration to pay attention to these things and improve the service.
