Excellent 3 night stay. Rooms were large, recently renovated and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend.

Gym and pool facilities are top of the mark. Sauna and massage services are excellent

They didn’t have also lactose free milk option during the breakfast which is not acceptable

Decent hotel, I spend a lot of time here every year on business. I would recommend they add a few English movie channels to the tv for the expat clientele

This hotel is at an excellent location in the centre, with quick walking access to a mall and lots of eating, as well as several clubs

Helpful staff and good breakfast. Due to recent unrest they completely stopped visitors from entering the hotel, so if u want to catch up with people not staying in the hotel, will need to make alternative arrangements

Very nice hotel, the opportunity to combine business meetings and relaxation in the excellent SPA and pool. Great restaurant with European cuisine. Convenient location in the city centre

The interior is discreetly cozy, the service is unobtrusive. For a 5-7 day stay in the city, it is suitable like no other hotel in Atyrau, considering that others are much lower in the number of stars

But why leave the hotel when the hotel bar/restaraunt has great food and stays open late? This hotel was clean with plenty of work areas, had a great gym and pool and really friendly staff

We were in this hotel in transit. Noise from neighboring rooms can be heard even when someone just sneezes (. The price is reasonable and relatively clean

+ Nice staff - At times the water was turned off, perhaps it did not depend on the hotel, but on the city network. - The TV is not smart TV, you can only watch TV channels

For example, you can’t watch youtube - The biggest disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors on the floor and those below very well

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Rooms are ok, no table and chairs. Stuff is ok and no restaurant in the hotel.

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day) Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable

From outside hotel doesn't look nice. Old building. But room is big, clean. AC working properly, not noisy. For price it is very good place to stay

Good apartment all services are good. Helful staff friendly receptionist guided me to my room door. But no complementary drinks in room

For breakfast they offer porrage, fruits (mainly sliced orange, grapefruit, mandarins, apple and banana), cheese, baked potato, yogurt, juices, cornflakes, muesli, milk, coffee and tea

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

A very basic 2⭐ hotel, but absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and willing to help in any situation.

Good value for money. A bit of renovation woul make it perfect

We use one of the conference rooms for Sunday yoga.

I was on a business trip. Budget hotel, but everything was fine. Clean and comfortable.

Stayed overnight. In the room there are greasy marks on the mirror, either from someone's hands or from their heads. There is dust on the table shelf where the TV is.

The ceiling is made out of wooden logs, and there are lots of baseball caps hanged on nails, so if you have one, you can leave it for good memory

Nice hotel with a family restaurant on the ground floor. Although there aren't too many sitting tables, the interior is very authentic and cozy

We had pizza to eat. All 3 were great tasting. Enough fillings on each. There was a constant flow of people coming in to dine.

Four of us went to dinner. The pizzas were good as usual. Nice bottle of wine. The lemonades were tasty.

I've spent a vacation in this hotel with my wife in August 2015. The place is amazing and cozy. Not a huge hitel with dozens of pools, but a small cozy place

Opposite to this place there is same hotel but accepted without children and babies. Very close to coast line, good food, absolutely high level service

Quarantined at this place for a week prior going to Tengiz. Overall, good room (particularly #201), quite clean, white sheets, amenities are in decent condition

Wi-Fi is very slow, but front desk lady assured they are already fixing this issue

Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

The breakfast is average, not suitable for Chinese tastes. There is no waiter to take care of you. You have to carry your luggage to the 5th floor by yourself, but it's like exercising

Cozy hotel price category-above average,hotel a little expensive for the average consumer,good Breakfast and dinner(buffet) is included.

Definitely worth a visit but ask for a room no further than 5th floor especially if you have heavy baggage, the elevator only goes to the 5th floor then you have to walk up to the attic through a narrow staircase

Close to the center and small but comfortable rooms I have it one star less as I was in room 108 which was right next to the bar for and it can't open and closed all night Couldn't find the restaurant Good value for money in Atyrau

The room is too small. I couldn't open my luggage or work in the room. For one night ok.

We had breakfast and dinner included in the price, simple but well seasoned offering, what I liked the most was the great assortment of salads. We had to run laundry and they delivered the next day before our departure

They also have an in-house bar with beers and spirits. The staff is really helpful and accommodating

It's a fly-in/fly-out workers hotel. The rooms are a bit run down but clean and comfortable

The food is delicious. The rooms are large.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the reception is friendly, the location is a bit far from the center and the rooms are small.

Cozy rooms, the hotel is in nice area, close to the river so you can go for a walk. Delicious breakfast is inlcluded. Stuff is very helpful(especially the young lady with long black hair:))
