A good hotel for a stay in Atyrau. Comfy rooms, helpful staff plus a roof top outdoor pool with bar and restaurant ...very popular in the summer for weekend drinks.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel is also very conveniently located, close to restaurants and attractions. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure!

For lunch I ordered a Room Service and had a beef medallion, fresh salad and diet coke, it was served quick and the only thing worth mentioning, the room service attendant forgot my diet coke and it was delivered later, but the rest was perfect

It was indeed unexpected and I was taken aback with this five-star attitude. Had a number of business meetings during the day at the Bar and it was indeed a good spot for private and business meetings

This stay was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and comfortable, with a warm and elegant decor. The front desk and service staff were very welcoming, always greeting us with a smile

The room is very good. I stayed there for the second time. It has a washing machine and a kitchen. It is my favorite hotel on this trip.

The rooms are mediocre, at these prices there are better hotels. 5000 Tg per day, lunch, Breakfast free, but it is a nice bonus, sauna free of charge.

Not a bad hotel and priced to suit standards. Some rooms better than others as always in hotels. I always refuse 6th floor, especially if heavy luggage as lift on goes to 5th floor

Water pressure up there is usually poor and some rooms have no windows, only skylight windows. Food is usually good and a good selection for breakfast

Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

Big king size bed & very comfortable!! The bathroom is just as nice. The hote supply you with lots of toiletries. The gym sauna swimming pool & steam room are excellent & only a 2 minute walk away

The rooms are superb, more of a small comfortable apartment with a very adequate kitchen space , small dining table for two , a lovely open plan living room with 50” tv & a spacious bedroom with lots of storage space

The staff could not be any nicer they have all been great for the duration of my stay. This hotel goes highly recommended for its fantastic value for money

The room is too small. I couldn't open my luggage or work in the room. For one night ok.

Close to the center and small but comfortable rooms I have it one star less as I was in room 108 which was right next to the bar for and it can't open and closed all night Couldn't find the restaurant Good value for money in Atyrau

Clean and comfortable . delicious. Not expensive.

Their steaks are really delicious and seasoned well. I highly recommend them with fries which are also good. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Beds are firm but comfortable enough and air conditioning works well

The room has an excellent price and is a very short walk from the Atyrau airport, but the lights are dim (especially in the bathroom). The fancy looking shower is tiny and the water pressure is to low.

For breakfast they let you order egg dishes which are very tasty. The rest of the buffet consists of a couple of cereals, boiled eggs, toast (with toaster) pastries and cold sliced meat

Showers are a little cramped but plenty of hot water. Internet works, but signal is weak in some rooms. Small fridge in the room, although some are not plugged in for some reason

I've spent a vacation in this hotel with my wife in August 2015. The place is amazing and cozy. Not a huge hitel with dozens of pools, but a small cozy place

Opposite to this place there is same hotel but accepted without children and babies. Very close to coast line, good food, absolutely high level service

Quarantined at this place for a week prior going to Tengiz. Overall, good room (particularly #201), quite clean, white sheets, amenities are in decent condition

Wi-Fi is very slow, but front desk lady assured they are already fixing this issue

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

A very basic 2⭐ hotel, but absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and willing to help in any situation.

Good hotel for isolation. The staff is helpful, the rooms are large, the view from the window to the river is also normal.

I was on a business trip. Budget hotel, but everything was fine. Clean and comfortable.

Stayed overnight. In the room there are greasy marks on the mirror, either from someone's hands or from their heads. There is dust on the table shelf where the TV is.

The ceiling is made out of wooden logs, and there are lots of baseball caps hanged on nails, so if you have one, you can leave it for good memory

Nice hotel with a family restaurant on the ground floor. Although there aren't too many sitting tables, the interior is very authentic and cozy

We had pizza to eat. All 3 were great tasting. Enough fillings on each. There was a constant flow of people coming in to dine.

Four of us went to dinner. The pizzas were good as usual. Nice bottle of wine. The lemonades were tasty.

Large well furnished room and bathroom with walk in shower and full size bath. staff were all professional friendly and attentive. Had a very good dinner and breakfast was excellent

We went there on a Sunday afternoon. There was a BBQ. We enjoyed a few beers and the chakalaka. A South African vegetable dish.
