Clean, cozy place. The room is fresh and quiet. Everything you need is there. The staff is very polite, the girls are great. In the morning there was a fresh, delicious breakfast. We really liked it, thank you very much!!!!!

The hotel is new, everything is clean. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. Even a safe. The free breakfast is very filling. The road to the airport is free of traffic jams. The staff works efficiently.

The area is clean, well-groomed, cafe and shop, dining room. The food is delicious. The hotel is inhabited mainly by shift workers, so it is noisy at night, people smoke in the rooms, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night.

It's enough for few hours to stay during crew change. Not exactly hotel as it called.

I liked the service. Polite, friendly, explain how to get to the address in the city. Forgot my things in the room. They contacted me and informed me about this. I picked it up a month later, everything was safe and sound. Sound insulation is weak, both at windows and doors.

You can stay, new and confortable hotel

Very comfortable. All brand new furniture, fast and reliable WiFi. Very friendly and professional staff. Lovely coffeeshop and supermarket in same building. Fair price and good value. Highly recommended

The bed is comfortable but the door is not sound proof , you could wake up from the noise of housekeepers who talk so loud in the corridors and video call their kids. The toilet had sewer smell

I chose the hotel a few hours before arrival in Atyrau. I chose based on the price, since I was traveling alone without a family and the requirements for the conditions were minimal. Pros: The room is clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers (reusable), 2 towels, hairdryer. The room is very warm, heat regulated. Negative: no breakfast area. Only delivery from a cafe across the street.

It's OK. Not a busy place so you will get the attention from the waiters/ waitress once you sit inside. Nothing special with their foods and so with their draft beers.

The food is normal. The toilets in the hotel are horrible. Rooms are clean but shabby, with a claim to a suite but made absolutely without a sense of taste. For the money that is asked for accommodation - it will go.

Decent rooms, not much else to do there.

I stayed at the New Chagala for 4 nights and I found the staff, rooms and food all to be great. Staff were really polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. Food was good, different choices every night and tasty. Because of current situation, no beer unfortunately. Hopefully next time as would stay again.

From outside hotel doesn't look nice. Old building. But room is big, clean. AC working properly, not noisy. For price it is very good place to stay

Most of the rooms have old furniture. However, all are well heated in the winter time. For breakfast they offer porrage, fruits (mainly sliced orange, grapefruit, mandarins, apple and banana), cheese, baked potato, yogurt, juices, cornflakes, muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Also, you may order omlette. TV has many chanels in different languages. Internet via free WiFi gets really slow in the evenings...

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

Nice hotel near the center of the city. Good resturant. Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day) Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable.

Reasonable prize. The Manager arranged a taxi for me to explore. Chef accommodated my food preferences & the Indian menu was excellent & unexpected in a provincial city.

i was confused at first.....Chinese decorations serving Indian food...taste was okay but i feel was over priced. 2500 tenge for a masala Dhosai in my country is a crime punishable by life imprisonment. Staffs are friendly and polite and shows good hospitality.

No Doubt, It's the best hotel for Indian's, Bigger Size room's with good toilet. The quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner is awesome, even this type of good test is difficult to find in India itself. Cleanliness and services are perfect and also very nearby to Super Market, Mall, you can buy your drinks, dry fruits, fruits or anything from supermarket.. just 2 minutes walking distance from it......

O visited this place as per recommendation of one Indian person, here they have Indian food. Nice food and tasty. I liked it.

Quarantined at this place for a week prior going to Tengiz. Overall, good room (particularly #201), quite clean, white sheets, amenities are in decent condition. Service is fast and pleasant. Wi-Fi is very slow, but front desk lady assured they are already fixing this issue. P.S. Better than expected!

I've spent a vacation in this hotel with my wife in August 2015. The place is amazing and cozy. Not a huge hitel with dozens of pools, but a small cozy place. Opposite to this place there is same hotel but accepted without children and babies. Very close to coast line, good food, absolutely high level service.

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

The location is convenient. We were in this hotel in transit. Clean, but not all the rooms. Noise from neighboring rooms can be heard even when someone just sneezes (. The price is reasonable and relatively clean. There is a great cafe nearby

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Rooms are ok, no table and chairs. Stuff is ok and no restaurant in the hotel.

+ Nice staff - At times the water was turned off, perhaps it did not depend on the hotel, but on the city network. - The TV is not smart TV, you can only watch TV channels. For example, you can’t watch youtube - The biggest disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors on the floor and those below very well.

We go there on Sunday mornings for yago. Nice and quiet. The yago room has a nice large area.

Today I stopped by the Diar hotel at the oil processing plant, as always everything is at the highest level. My favorite receptionist named Inga was delighted. Regular customer, me. I am a very picky person, but it is at the Diar Hotel that I perfectly find a common language with the staff. Everything is great.

The food is expensive, there is no parking, check-in is inconvenient. It's old, one plus is its location near the station. Not the place to go for a drink with a girl

I arrived in Atyrau and the plane was 14 hours away. There was a cozy, modern hotel nearby. The room has everything you need to relax, wash, sleep, and spend your leisure time. Very attentive staff.

Stayed overnight. In the room there are greasy marks on the mirror, either from someone's hands or from their heads. There is dust on the table shelf where the TV is.

Convenient for airport. Rooms are clean with a moden look. So at first sight they look good. But once settled in, one starts noticing various issues, most of which are caused by the use of low quality fittings, shoddy workmanship, and poor design. Ground floor rooms are more convenient if you've got heavy luggage as there's no lift. One example of poor design is that all lights are controlled by switches...

I would like to note that the hotel is very good, so close to the airport, very convenient. I felt like this hotel is new and I liked the fact that the staff were helpful and friendly, the young girl receptionist accepted me at the late evening even though I had no reservation, and in the morning her other colleague was also very helpful. Breakfast is standard, the rooms are warm and everything works...

Really great hotel. Comfy rooms and beds. Very clean and neat. Walking distance from the airport and has a Chips Pub on site which is very convenient.

Walking distance to the airport, Chips bar and grill is right beside SULO. Room is small compared to other hotels, but bed is nice. Front desk was easy and professional. But there is a bad odor coming from the bathroom. Probably just the room I am in. Not staying long so not going to make a fuss. If I was coming into Atyrau I would stay elsewhere, going to the airport it is definitely worth it.

I stayed in the hotel for one night only, but I could not judge it much. The staff members were great when they gave me access to the room after check-out to change from my business suit to casual clothes. Out of what I saw, the floor in my room was not clean. The hotel had maintenance and there were works at the front desk and materials in the corridor. The hotel was quite far from the nearest bus...

Food in the restaurant is ok but just buffet style. The girl working the late shift seemed put out when I came to check out. It was too much trouble for her. Rooms are really old and dated. Room smells of cigarettes, was not offered a non smoking room. Ok for a night, but not long term. Good location. This is a 3 star hotel.

I was booked into the hotel by the company I work for. I extended my stay here for the whole duration of the time required for work related stuff. The rooms are superb, more of a small comfortable apartment with a very adequate kitchen space , small dining table for two , a lovely open plan living room with 50” tv & a spacious bedroom with lots of storage space . Big king size bed & very comfortable...

Front desk were a bit weird, two people barking instructions at the same time. I felt like an intruder, not a guest. Every other thing was fine but front desk were not friendly or very helpful.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and neat. The rooms are well furnished and have a good size. Air conditioning works perfect. The breakfast was great, there is something for everyone. Free parking on a guarded parking lot. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works. All in all great value for the money definitely would recommend.

We have been staying in Europa Residence as expats for the last year. The flat are small, but efficiently furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is clean and neat and quiet. Although it is a bit far from local shopping centres., too far to walk, but taxis can be ordered by reception, and they are eager to help. The little cafe around the corner...
