The room is too small. I couldn't open my luggage or work in the room. For one night ok.

Close to the center and small but comfortable rooms I have it one star less as I was in room 108 which was right next to the bar for and it can't open and closed all night Couldn't find the restaurant Good value for money in Atyrau.

Not a bad hotel and priced to suit standards. Some rooms better than others as always in hotels. I always refuse 6th floor, especially if heavy luggage as lift on goes to 5th floor. It's just so-so, the facilities are old, the mattress is okay, the pillows are not so good, the slippers are like paper, but overall it's pretty good in Kazakhstan.

The sofa in the lobby is quite soft

Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

Cozy hotel price category-above average,hotel a little expensive for the average consumer,good Breakfast and dinner(buffet) is included.

Quite decent hotel for business trip. City center, pharmacies, restaurants, shops nearby.

i loved my quaint lil room with a balcony where i could sit and have a bit of a selfie fest..lol..close proximity to everything..mall food ..shoops..perfect for business on work projects just a good nights rest..the beds are amazing..comfy soft..

Great place to stay for a holiday. On the 7th floor, i stayed at a 2-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. I really appreciated the comfort and quality. Moreover, free Internet and access to Spa were as a cherry on the top of the cake. All this was just for 40 euro per night, including a breakfast.

Lovely hotel that largely justifies its top end pricing. A little disappointed they didn't offer a bar or evening restaurant, as there aren't many food options nearby

Some rooms have kitchen, additional room, washing machine/iron, room height is amazing. You can go pool and sauna. Receptionists are know English.

The hotel is very average. During the night of 15 thousand, + breakfast. Give a bathrobe, towel and slippers. They say that you can have lunch and dinner at the bar on the first floor, but they said that ordering a hookah is mandatory. Service staff sooo slowed down.

What a fantastic hotel! The decor is classic European and American. I heard it cost $700 a night over a decade ago. The location is fantastic, and the rooms have river views. There are lots of people strolling and fishing along the river.

Hotel is very old, however staff is amazing and very friendly. Breakfasts were bad and didn’t have decent options, no boiled eggs or omelette and only weird color scrambled eggs. They didn’t have also lactose free milk option during the breakfast which is not acceptable.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, it is refreshing to see such a high standard. The cleaner is like a machine, she works so hard and everyday leaves the room like new. Great job by all, Thank you

I have been living there for business. Excellent staff who knows how to cater and maintain the facilities in top notch condition. Flexible and cooperative staff. Restaurant menu can be improved. Gym and pool facilities are top of the mark. Sauna and massage services are excellent.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, but it is also good in the local area.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast is very rich.

After separating from the Marriott Group, the hotel's management was in a mess.

A good hotel, but definitely not 100 sq.m.

All were good. Nice place to stay for couple days visit.

The room was clean, the layout was reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would stay here again next time.

Located in the heart of the city, yet so quiet!

The room is large and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

This time I stayed in room 401. The room is located at the corner of the hotel. It has larger surface than the regular room. Obviously it is more comfortable as I had to stay for 3 days. The room was cleaned every day and the amenities including the complementary water were replaced.
