A great place for a massage. Elena is a great masseuse.
What a fantastic hotel! The decor is classic European and American. I heard it cost $700 a night over a decade ago. The location is fantastic, and the rooms have river views. There are lots of people strolling and fishing along the river.
Hotel is very old, however staff is amazing and very friendly. Breakfasts were bad and didn’t have decent options, no boiled eggs or omelette and only weird color scrambled eggs. They didn’t have also lactose free milk option during the breakfast which is not acceptable.
The staff are absolutely fantastic, it is refreshing to see such a high standard. The cleaner is like a machine, she works so hard and everyday leaves the room like new. Great job by all, Thank you
I have been living there for business. Excellent staff who knows how to cater and maintain the facilities in top notch condition. Flexible and cooperative staff. Restaurant menu can be improved. Gym and pool facilities are top of the mark. Sauna and massage services are excellent.
Excellent 3 night stay. Rooms were large, recently renovated and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend.

Not a bad hotel and priced to suit standards. Some rooms better than others as always in hotels. I always refuse 6th floor, especially if heavy luggage as lift on goes to 5th floor. Water pressure up there is usually poor and some rooms have no windows, only skylight windows. Food is usually good and a good selection for breakfast. My room this time had a homemade snow guard on window, probably due...
It's just so-so, the facilities are old, the mattress is okay, the pillows are not so good, the slippers are like paper, but overall it's pretty good in Kazakhstan.
The sofa in the lobby is quite soft
Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

Quite decent hotel for business trip. City center, pharmacies, restaurants, shops nearby.

Comfortable and not expensive rest

The hotel is very average. During the night of 15 thousand, + breakfast. Give a bathrobe, towel and slippers. They say that you can have lunch and dinner at the bar on the first floor, but they said that ordering a hookah is mandatory. Service staff sooo slowed down.
