Hotel is very old, however staff is amazing and very friendly. Breakfasts were bad and didn’t have decent options, no boiled eggs or omelette and only weird color scrambled eggs. They didn’t have also lactose free milk option during the breakfast which is not acceptable.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, it is refreshing to see such a high standard. The cleaner is like a machine, she works so hard and everyday leaves the room like new. Great job by all, Thank you

I have been living there for business. Excellent staff who knows how to cater and maintain the facilities in top notch condition. Flexible and cooperative staff. Restaurant menu can be improved. Gym and pool facilities are top of the mark. Sauna and massage services are excellent.

Excellent 3 night stay. Rooms were large, recently renovated and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend.

Decent hotel, I spend a lot of time here every year on business. I would recommend they add a few English movie channels to the tv for the expat clientele. 1 movie channel and a news channel is not very enjoyable when living in the hotel for days on end every month. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel

This hotel is at an excellent location in the centre, with quick walking access to a mall and lots of eating, as well as several clubs. But why leave the hotel when the hotel bar/restaraunt has great food and stays open late? This hotel was clean with plenty of work areas, had a great gym and pool and really friendly staff.

I have had the opportunity to visit this hotel several times over the past few years, and I must say that the service has consistently been excellent. In particular, one of the receptionists I have encountered frequently, Dariya, has always been exceptionally friendly and professional in her assistance. I highly recommend this hotel to those in need of accommodation and rest in Atyrau for a few days...

I have been staying here on and off for 6 years. It has always been great. This was my last stay here as im returning home and will not be returning. So, a special shout out to Dariya at the front desk.who gave me a upgrade and a tasty cheese player and beverage sent to my room.simply the best and highly recommended hotel

Clean, cozy place. The room is fresh and quiet. Everything you need is there. The staff is very polite, the girls are great. In the morning there was a fresh, delicious breakfast. We really liked it, thank you very much!!!!!

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Rooms are ok, no table and chairs. Stuff is ok and no restaurant in the hotel.

+ Nice staff - At times the water was turned off, perhaps it did not depend on the hotel, but on the city network. - The TV is not smart TV, you can only watch TV channels. For example, you can’t watch youtube - The biggest disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors on the floor and those below very well.

From outside hotel doesn't look nice. Old building. But room is big, clean. AC working properly, not noisy. For price it is very good place to stay

Most of the rooms have old furniture. However, all are well heated in the winter time. For breakfast they offer porrage, fruits (mainly sliced orange, grapefruit, mandarins, apple and banana), cheese, baked potato, yogurt, juices, cornflakes, muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Also, you may order omlette. TV has many chanels in different languages. Internet via free WiFi gets really slow in the evenings...

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

Nice hotel near the center of the city. Good resturant. Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day) Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable.

Great hotel, suggest, compact, and cozy in its own way, and most importantly clean. But there is one drawback, the sound insulation is weak if it is in the next room are talking loudly or something to do everything can be heard ?

The hotel is very average. During the night of 15 thousand, + breakfast. Give a bathrobe, towel and slippers. They say that you can have lunch and dinner at the bar on the first floor, but they said that ordering a hookah is mandatory. Service staff sooo slowed down.

Convenient for airport. Rooms are clean with a moden look. So at first sight they look good. But once settled in, one starts noticing various issues, most of which are caused by the use of low quality fittings, shoddy workmanship, and poor design. Ground floor rooms are more convenient if you've got heavy luggage as there's no lift. One example of poor design is that all lights are controlled by switches...

I would like to note that the hotel is very good, so close to the airport, very convenient. I felt like this hotel is new and I liked the fact that the staff were helpful and friendly, the young girl receptionist accepted me at the late evening even though I had no reservation, and in the morning her other colleague was also very helpful. Really great hotel. Comfy rooms and beds. Very clean and neat. Walking distance from the airport and has a Chips Pub on site which is very convenient.

Walking distance to the airport, Chips bar and grill is right beside SULO. Room is small compared to other hotels, but bed is nice. Front desk was easy and professional. But there is a bad odor coming from the bathroom. Probably just the room I am in. Not staying long so not going to make a fuss. If I was coming into Atyrau I would stay elsewhere, going to the airport it is definitely worth it.

It's not far from the airport. The breakfast is average, not suitable for Chinese tastes. It's clean and quiet. The elevator is just stopped. There is no waiter to take care of you. You have to carry your luggage to the 5th floor by yourself, but it's like exercising.

The hotel itself is ok and I have stayed here on many occasions. The food for evening dinner is very good indeed, the beef medallions were fantastic. Not a very good choice of beers, limited to 2-3. Nice wines and all reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit but ask for a room no further than 5th floor especially if you have heavy baggage, the elevator only goes to the 5th floor then you have to...

Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

Although it is a bit far from local shopping centres., too far to walk, but taxis can be ordered by reception, and they are eager to help. The little cafe around the corner...
