Hotels in Atyrau

Location: Situated on the banks of the Ural River, right on the border between Europe and Asia. Accommodations: A 5-star hotel featuring 194 rooms, including standard rooms and long-term apartments. Amenities: Known for its outdoor rooftop pool (one of the best in the city), an indoor pool, a gym, and a spa. Dining: Home to Dolce Vita, a well-regarded Italian restaurant, and a popular pizzeria.

A great place for a massage. Elena is a great masseuse.

What a fantastic hotel! The decor is classic European and American. I heard it cost $700 a night over a decade ago. The location is fantastic, and the rooms have river views. There are lots of people strolling and fishing along the river.

Hotel is very old, however staff is amazing and very friendly. Breakfasts were bad and didn’t have decent options, no boiled eggs or omelette and only weird color scrambled eggs. They didn’t have also lactose free milk option during the breakfast which is not acceptable.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, it is refreshing to see such a high standard. The cleaner is like a machine, she works so hard and everyday leaves the room like new. Great job by all, Thank you

I have been living there for business. Excellent staff who knows how to cater and maintain the facilities in top notch condition. Flexible and cooperative staff. Restaurant menu can be improved. Gym and pool facilities are top of the mark. Sauna and massage services are excellent.

Very clean, excellent health and fitness facilities. Higher standard and price than most other hotels but worth the price

The hotel facilities are relatively old, but it is also good in the local area.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast is very rich.

After separating from the Marriott Group, the hotel's management was in a mess.

Very good, but you can't cancel in advance

Excellent service by the great team of the hotel, thanks fir the chef who made indian veg food for us, Special thanks to Mr Askhat Zhumabayev from the Reception front desk for making our life much easier and enjoyable with his fluent english and friendly approach… Delightful and memorable stay at Renaissance Atyrau… See you soon guys💐💐💐

A good hotel, but definitely not 100 sq.m.

All were good. Nice place to stay for couple days visit.

The room was clean, the layout was reasonable, and the service was excellent. I would stay here again next time.

Spacious rooms with a good layout; fully equipped living room.

Located in the heart of the city, yet so quiet!

The room is large and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and responsive. Highly recommended.

Not a bad hotel and priced to suit standards. Some rooms better than others as always in hotels. I always refuse 6th floor, especially if heavy luggage as lift on goes to 5th floor. Water pressure up there is usually poor and some rooms have no windows, only skylight windows. Food is usually good and a good selection for breakfast. My room this time had a homemade snow guard on window, probably due...

It's just so-so, the facilities are old, the mattress is okay, the pillows are not so good, the slippers are like paper, but overall it's pretty good in Kazakhstan.

The sofa in the lobby is quite soft

Overall, not bad. The rooms are comfortable, the prices reasonable, the food is delicious. Cable TV about. More than half of the channels not working, Internet not working. But this is minor.

Cozy hotel price category-above average, hotel a little expensive for the average consumer, good Breakfast and dinner(buffet) is included.

Quite decent hotel for business trip. City center, pharmacies, restaurants, shops nearby.

Very nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and the best TBone steak at Chicago rest.

The room is too small. I couldn't open my luggage or work in the room. For one night ok.

Close to the center and small but comfortable rooms I have it one star less as I was in room 108 which was right next to the bar for and it can't open and closed all night Couldn't find the restaurant Good value for money in Atyrau.

i loved my quaint lil room with a balcony where i could sit and have a bit of a selfie fest..lol..close proximity to everything..mall food ..shoops..perfect for business on work projects just a good nights rest..the beds are amazing..comfy soft..

Great 2 night stay. Great location. The staff so friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel, in the city center, good view from the balcony. Always polite and smiling staff at the reception))

A nice hotel in the city center with a great view from the balcony. The reception staff is always polite and smiling.

The hotel is quiet, clean, a good request. It would be great if you could write your notes on the wall, menu, etc. in Kazakh.

Beluga is a new Hotel it is good for a Hotrl in Kazakhstan Wifi is not good the Breakfast needs to be more updated no Bacon ore scrambled eggs

I was booked into the hotel by the company I work for. I extended my stay here for the whole duration of the time required for work related stuff. The rooms are superb, more of a small comfortable apartment with a very adequate kitchen space , small dining table for two , a lovely open plan living room with 50” tv & a spacious bedroom with lots of storage space . Big king size bed & very comfortable...

Front desk were a bit weird, two people barking instructions at the same time. I felt like an intruder, not a guest. Every other thing was fine but front desk were not friendly or very helpful.

The facilities are new and the room is clean.

One of the best apartments in Atyrau. Excellent staff, especially receptionists. And the restaurant serve best Bolognese in Atyrau.

Perfect hotel for business trips. Clean and tidy rooms, good restaurant. Recently opened new gym, fantastic, includes sauna

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and neat. The rooms are well furnished and have a good size. Air conditioning works perfect. The breakfast was great, there is something for everyone. Free parking on a guarded parking lot. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works. All in all great value for the money definitely would recommend.

Clean, cozy place. The room is fresh and quiet. Everything you need is there. The staff is very polite, the girls are great. In the morning there was a fresh, delicious breakfast. We really liked it, thank you very much!!!!!

The hotel is not bad, conveniently located, no need to drive around in the courtyards and search. Friendly staff. There is parking in front of the building. Now about the room: the room is small, there is a bed, air conditioning, a chair, a table, a wardrobe, a kettle, a telephone, a refrigerator (it was turned off), the TV did not work. The main thing is clean and dry, not cold. The bathroom has minimal...

The hotel is new, everything is clean. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. Even a safe. The free breakfast is very filling. The road to the airport is free of traffic jams. The staff works efficiently.

The area is clean, well-groomed, cafe and shop, dining room. The food is delicious. The hotel is inhabited mainly by shift workers, so it is noisy at night, people smoke in the rooms, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night.

It's enough for few hours to stay during crew change. Not exactly hotel as it called.

I liked the service. Polite, friendly, explain how to get to the address in the city. Forgot my things in the room. They contacted me and informed me about this. I picked it up a month later, everything was safe and sound. Sound insulation is weak, both at windows and doors.

Great place to stay when in town! Great rooms, attentive staff, spa & gym facilities on-site makes a huge difference!

Well.... Room is tidy and better than average. Shower perfect with sufficient water pressure and temperature. Hot water comes without waiting time. Wellness and spa very good. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast starts never before 7 am and is very often not completly arranged when started. Only instant coffee, mostly too thin. Toaster very old and frequently bad adjusted. Variousity of cheese and sausage...

Sultan Palace Hotel Restaurant review: One of the best cheeseburgers in town! Bun was fresh and held together well. Patty is juicy and tender (only complaint is I would gladly trade a bit of thickness for width…just prefer better meat to bun ratio in every bite). Fries are perfect. Lentil soup is lighter than most and a bit under seasoned, but those looking for low sodium will enjoy it and you can...

This time I stayed in room 401. The room is located at the corner of the hotel. It has larger surface than the regular room. Obviously it is more comfortable as I had to stay for 3 days. The room was cleaned every day and the amenities including the complementary water were replaced. The only bemol was the problem during check-in as the receptionist insisted that no reservation had been made and therefore...

Very good rooms, pool, gym. The Bar and restaurant are good but not great. Staff does it's best. Location is not the best, bit far from down town. Fair price. Good pace to be you stop by Atyrau.

Great place to stay for a holiday. On the 7th floor, i stayed at a 2-room apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a washing machine. I really appreciated the comfort and quality. Moreover, free Internet and access to Spa were as a cherry on the top of the cake. All this was just for 40 euro per night, including a breakfast.

Lovely hotel that largely justifies its top end pricing. A little disappointed they didn't offer a bar or evening restaurant, as there aren't many food options nearby

Some rooms have kitchen, additional room, washing machine/iron, room height is amazing. You can go pool and sauna. Receptionists are know English.

Stayed for a week during isolation period. Pretty nice units with separate bedroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Some units have a balcony, but not all. Service is good. Food is average. Overall 5* rating.

I am an expat working in Kazakhstan. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, from 14.02.2019 to 16.02.2019. I would give a 5 stars review if the breakfast had been better. And, if I had a bathtub rather than a shower as was shown on the photos when reserving my room. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent and the equipment was of good quality. I had a kitchen with real stoves and an oven to...

An excellent hotel. There is room in even a washing machine, fridge, stove, oven. When a long trip is just right.

You can stay, new and confortable hotel

Very comfortable. All brand new furniture, fast and reliable WiFi. Very friendly and professional staff. Lovely coffeeshop and supermarket in same building. Fair price and good value. Highly recommended

The bed is comfortable but the door is not sound proof , you could wake up from the noise of housekeepers who talk so loud in the corridors and video call their kids. The toilet had sewer smell

I chose the hotel a few hours before arrival in Atyrau. I chose based on the price, since I was traveling alone without a family and the requirements for the conditions were minimal. Pros: The room is clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers (reusable), 2 towels, hairdryer. The room is very warm, heat regulated. Negative: no breakfast area. Only delivery from a cafe across the street.

It's OK. Not a busy place so you will get the attention from the waiters/ waitress once you sit inside. Nothing special with their foods and so with their draft beers.

The food is normal. The toilets in the hotel are horrible. Rooms are clean but shabby, with a claim to a suite but made absolutely without a sense of taste. For the money that is asked for accommodation - it will go.

Their steaks are really delicious and seasoned well. I highly recommend them with fries which are also good. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Rooms are adequate. Beds are firm but comfortable enough and air conditioning works well. Showers are a little cramped but plenty of hot water. Internet works, but signal is weak in some rooms. Small fridge in the room, although some are not plugged in for...

The room has an excellent price and is a very short walk from the Atyrau airport, but the lights are dim (especially in the bathroom). The fancy looking shower is tiny and the water pressure is to low.

I stayed at the New Chagala for 4 nights and I found the staff, rooms and food all to be great. Staff were really polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. Food was good, different choices every night and tasty. Because of current situation, no beer unfortunately. Hopefully next time as would stay again.

From outside hotel doesn't look nice. Old building. But room is big, clean. AC working properly, not noisy. For price it is very good place to stay

Good apartment all services are good. Helful staff friendly receptionist guided me to my room door. But no complementary drinks in room

Most of the rooms have old furniture. However, all are well heated in the winter time. For breakfast they offer porrage, fruits (mainly sliced orange, grapefruit, mandarins, apple and banana), cheese, baked potato, yogurt, juices, cornflakes, muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Also, you may order omlette. TV has many chanels in different languages. Internet via free WiFi gets really slow in the evenings...

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

Nice hotel near the center of the city. Good resturant. Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day) Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable.

Old fashioned, needs renovation. Not special need friendly. Clean, warm, quiet.

Quarantined at this place for a week prior going to Tengiz. Overall, good room (particularly #201), quite clean, white sheets, amenities are in decent condition. Service is fast and pleasant. Wi-Fi is very slow, but front desk lady assured they are already fixing this issue. P.S. Better than expected!

I've spent a vacation in this hotel with my wife in August 2015. The place is amazing and cozy. Not a huge hitel with dozens of pools, but a small cozy place. Opposite to this place there is same hotel but accepted without children and babies. Very close to coast line, good food, absolutely high level service.

Reasonable prize. The Manager arranged a taxi for me to explore. Chef accommodated my food preferences & the Indian menu was excellent & unexpected in a provincial city.

i was confused at first.....Chinese decorations serving Indian food...taste was okay but i feel was over priced. 2500 tenge for a masala Dhosai in my country is a crime punishable by life imprisonment. Staffs are friendly and polite and shows good hospitality.

No Doubt, It's the best hotel for Indian's, Bigger Size room's with good toilet. The quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner is awesome, even this type of good test is difficult to find in India itself. Cleanliness and services are perfect and also very nearby to Super Market, Mall, you can buy your drinks, dry fruits, fruits or anything from supermarket.. just 2 minutes walking distance from it......

O visited this place as per recommendation of one Indian person, here they have Indian food. Nice food and tasty. I liked it.

The Indian lunch was great, dinner didn't appeal to me that much but the company was great.

Well, one of the very few options in Atyrau for Indian food junkies.

Administrator Shurpan is sincere, wonderful person! Beautiful woman! May God bless her with health and happiness!!!

A very basic 2⭐ hotel, but absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and willing to help in any situation.

I am at the Golden Rose Hotel in pre-vacation quarantine. And I want to express my deep gratitude to all the hotel staff, and especially to the administrator Sholpan!!! I would like to wish you kind and grateful visitors. And stability in these difficult times! I sincerely thank you! Best regards, Nikolay.

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

The location is convenient. We were in this hotel in transit. Clean, but not all the rooms. Noise from neighboring rooms can be heard even when someone just sneezes (. The price is reasonable and relatively clean. There is a great cafe nearby

Excellent hotel, very clean, high-quality service, our family liked everything! Thank you

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Rooms are ok, no table and chairs. Stuff is ok and no restaurant in the hotel.

+ Nice staff - At times the water was turned off, perhaps it did not depend on the hotel, but on the city network. - The TV is not smart TV, you can only watch TV channels. For example, you can’t watch youtube - The biggest disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors on the floor and those below very well.

We go there on Sunday mornings for yago. Nice and quiet. The yago room has a nice large area.

Good value for money. A bit of renovation woul make it perfect

We use one of the conference rooms for Sunday yoga.
