Excellent place! Staff, breakfast and atmosphere gets 10 out of 10. It’s a three-star hotel, but as those go, it’s perfect.

Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Karakol!

Loved our stay here. The staff are extremely accommodating, the rooms are clean, nice bathroom with consistent hot water for shower. It was very peaceful and they also provide nice breakfast. Stayed here for 2 nights, then we went to Jyrgalan valley for 1 night, and came back here again for another night. The hospitality of the receptionist is made my day, breakfast was awesome so I decide to give 5 star. A little improvement needed like providing some kettle in rooms with water, but I know if I ask they will bring it for sure. My room is so warm coz they provide super big heater. Coz I came during winter time.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Staff/owners are very friendly and helped us a lot with any information we asked. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, has everything you ask. Hotel has good vibes and very cozy. Beds were very comfortable and linen was crispy fresh and clean. The staff is good rooms are bit small in size but comfortable. The biggest problem is of language. It's difficult for the tourists to communicate with the staff. The food standards are not very high

Everything was perfect here, I would totally recommend you staying in Rixon hotel during your visit to Bishkek. The staff are awesome and they speak good English, they will help you with everything you need such as Sim Card, maps, tips, ordering a taxi. We had a great experience at De Mar hotel. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Facilities all worked, were spotlessly clean and functioned as required. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded our expectation.

Very nice place with comfortable houses, good food, beautiful nature, friendly staff. Highly recommend to visit this place, have a picnic or just walk in the mountains. My son likes to go horse riding and to be playing on a swing.

The place offers a great spot with a fantastic idea to have activities gathered on one location in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan, on a low altitude, we did horse riding, shooting, playing in the prairies. However service needs considerable improvement and the staff needs more training.

As an escape due to the very hot weather in Bishkek this place was great but note there is no fan or a/c. Staff are nice but communication and arranging activities can be tricky but the food was good. Wifi is patchy. The rooms are also nice.

A place to relax .. "Ysh Moncho" is a Kyrgyz national bathhouse with an unusual aromatic steam room and a natural spring pool.. the restaurant is just super! cook very tasty

The woman who owns this hotel is very kind and friendly. She was helpful and gave local recommendations. The room was larger than I expected. The hotel is conveniently located along a main road, making it easy to walk places.

Perfect resort with hot springs.

The night I stayed there was a wedding which made sleep impossible for nearly all of the rooms so I chose one of the few,rooms on the back side. They gave me room 201 which turned out to be a nightmare. The kitchen's exhaust fan is just outside the window. With the window closed it was noticeable but open the window,and it sounded like a jet engine. No hotel should ever have a room like this one...

We had a great stay at this hot springs hotel. The outdoor hot springs baths were the highlight – relaxing and perfect for soaking while enjoying the fresh air. Inside, there’s a cooler swimming pool that was great for a refreshing dip between spa sessions. The sauna and steam room were also excellent, clean, and well-kept, adding to the overall relaxing experience. A perfect place to unwind and recharge

Nice idea but value for money leaves a lot to be desired. They need to work on promoting activities to their guests. Rooms were comfortable and food absolutely delicious and plentiful. Scenery is amazing.

The place is nice and somehow cozy. There is not much around. It includes dinner but be aware that only tea and water is available for drinking. Probably there are some better places around.

Took a tour of the place and it's very nice and high quality. Capacity is 40-50 people with a choice of yurts and "solid yurts" that have showers and bathrooms. The view of the beach is amazing.

It is a 5-stars treatment for me and family. It is depending on which room you are paying. You get what I mean. Room, food, hospitality, I'm satisfy with the service. I love the view, the most. Serenity and surrounding is superb!

The room was nice with the huge bath. A bit worn and tired though. Air con a bit weak and they wouldn't let me check in early despite the place being empty. No real problem. The addition to use pool facilities was very expensive and not worth it. But it is a decent enough place. Just location is not the best.

There doesn't seem to be any real staff present and it looks abandoned. No maintenance has been undertaken, and no real cleaning. It's in the center of Osh, and there are restaurants nearby so it's noisy at night.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 days whilst in the country to organise my fathers funeral. He died in the city. I can not speak highly enough of Aziz and the rest of the staff at the hotel. We were collected and dropped off at the airport, helped with taxis, food restaurant orders and even with the logistics of organising a wake. It's a very average place with extremely poor service and low efficiency. When I went to get more water in the room after finishing my own, they refused. The front desk staff only speaks a little Chinese and no English.

Very good location. Nice clean rooms. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful hotel manager. Floor staff needs to be more friendly. Staff in kitchen ignores you when you ask something (eg salt) and you need to repeat it to get it.

We stayed and ate at the hotel. The hotel rooms are comfortable and large enough for 2 persons. WiFi was fast and the AC was strong. Laundry was super quick as well. Though the toilet design isn't that good, it was a great stay overall. Aziz the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. There is a small mini mart and liquor store just next to the hotel.

There is a Chinese restaraunt on the first floor and private cabins on the ground floor with a washing room inside the cabins. Service is good. They serve open buffet lunch at the restaraunt. Not crowded.

This is a great place in great location, not dodgy and not loud - very close to the bazaar and convenient to visit the city, I really enjoyed my stay there. Very clean room and comfy, nicely designed bedroom & bathroom. The cleaning was excellent 🙂 despite the language barrier the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back in the future:)

Here is Hotel T. Amazing hostel. So clean, nice staff, warm water for shower. 2 big towers and 1 small tower here. There is no hair machine and no shampoo, but that's ok to me. And beautiful sunshine, come throw the windows. And you can cover that if you don't want sunlight. Staff can not speak English but there's no problem.

The host is very nice and helped in finding a secure car park close by. The room is spacious with a lot of natural light. Clean toilet and comfy bed.

It is a great place with a very green and nice territory. Lots of flowers and fur trees fuse in a smell that makes you feel happy. The resort has a playground for children, two swimming pools, several restaurants. A good choice for summer vacation.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we've been in, and we look for cleanliness as a priority. Absolutely wonderful staff here. I was very lucky that several people spoke English because it is very rare where there are not so many English speaking tourists. Absolutely my to recommendation is to start and eat here. I didn't add room photos because the rooms look exactly like their pictures.

I can only wish prosperity to this hotel. The best hotel in Bosteri and Cholpon Ata for sure. Service is excellent, reception is super friendly, house keeping is neat and accurate, waiters are also very helping.

This hotel was ok but it was still a littlebit tired and Soviet style. The people who work at the hotel is helpful and speak english. I cannot say i was impressed of the breakfast but it was ok to just get a cup of tea and something to eat before you start a new day. I have stayed here with my kid in March 2019. This is my second stay here. Everything was great. Quiet. Clean. Nice view to the square, you can request the view to the square or to the backyard. Breakfast was good too. The lady makes great omlettes and pancakes. The breakfast is served in the bar on the floor. Before it was on another floor.

We stayed here on vacation and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was homey, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was hearty and delicious. Wi-Fi was available in the rooms. The staff was wonderful. The beach, although untouched, was still just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel. I highly recommend it!

A cozy, almost homey atmosphere. Twenty steps to the beach. Breakfast is excellent, and dinner is made to order. Everything is clean, tidy, and delicious. The cottage has satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. Overall, a great family vacation.

I loved our stay at this charming guesthouse in a good location in Bishkek. The lady host was lovely, our breakfast was good and served on time, the gardens and lilies placed around were fragrant and beautiful. It was clean and comfy.

Nice hotel. Not very close to attractions but not too much walk. It's OK as you may not find a hotel with private room near attractions with good prices. It's entrance may be tricky for first time as you have to enter through a cafe called La baguette to the hotel. Staff speak very little English. There's no (shattaf) in toilet in our room. No fridge.

The entrance to the hotel is through the coffee shop. It's sometimes cool that you can hold meetings right there. Since the coffee shop is open 24/7 The staff didn't seem friendly to me.
