I would like to express my deep gratitude to the administration and all the staff!!! Friendliness, attentiveness, cleanliness in the rooms, delicious cuisine!!! I wish you prosperity, and thank you for a great holiday!!!
The renovations are good, fresh, and quite beautiful. The bathroom is small—the shower and toilet are not separated, even in the four-bed rooms, so everything gets wet. The landlady tries to cheat with the prices, constantly playing with the rooms, asking you to move. The beds are unmade, there is no shampoo or soap, and a kettle and dishes are available upon request. The location is excellent, 5 minutes...
The staff are so helpful, the room is clean and big. Had good experience staying at Lavitor.
Hello, I booked with breakfast included, but breakfast was only served once and not again. I reported the issue to Tripcom and they resolved it. Thank you for that. The cleanliness was average; as shown in the attached photo, I used the toilet in this condition throughout my stay. A room change was offered, but I wasn't directed to one. I can't move rooms on my own. Overall, I wasn't satisfied, but...
A very cozy hotel with friendly staff. Clean, tidy, and tidy. Please contact the receptionist via WhatsApp in advance of your arrival. IMPORTANT
Everything is satisfactory, except for the noisy air conditioner in the green room.
I really liked the hotel, it was quiet, calm, and clean.
The service was warm and attentive, and the location was very convenient. My stay was excellent. It would be even more perfect with a few more gym equipment options.
I chose the Kyrgyzstan Star Ala-Too Central Square for my business trip to Kyrgyzstan, and after a week's stay, I had a very comfortable experience. I definitely have to praise it! 👍
As a business traveler, location is paramount, and this hotel is super close to the Bishkek train station. Taking a taxi to the old town for business meetings only takes about ten minutes. Within a ten-minute walk, there...
The service was patient and attentive, the room was clean and bright, and the breakfast was delicious. It was also very convenient to get to all the attractions. A great stay overall.
Good and new hotel, everything works well. Special shout-out to the bathroom! The only downside was that breakfast was quite meager.
This hotel, run by Chinese owners, has a good concept, but many of the facilities are not yet implemented. The breakfast selection is limited. However, the rooms are large and quiet.
The accommodation looks new and the staff speak Chinese, making it feel like a Chinese-owned hotel. Breakfast is provided, but the menu isn't very varied.
We arrived late in the evening, and Cholpon greeted us like family. She made us tea and surrounded us with care and attention. It was so warm and cozy. The house is beautiful, everything is brand new, with fresh linens and towels, and it's spotlessly clean. There's a beautiful view of the mountains from the window. Special thanks for the breakfast! The most delicious pancakes with jam I've ever had...
The place is amazing! Comfortable, super clean and nicely decorated. The shared bathroom has a bath tub! And the lady is super nice! Highly recommended
A very lovely hostess.
She cooks excellently.
Meals are served in a beautiful yurt, and you sleep in the newly built guesthouse. Excellent value for money.
The hotel is near the market with several shops around but not near sights, you need a car to move in the city (as I understood there is no city centre). The room was tiny and basic, very uncomfortable pillows. Very small bathroom but the shower was comfortable with soap and shampoo. There is A/C and good WiFi. There is also a swimming pool but it was unluckily empty; given the temperature I would...
Very conveniently located in the city centre. Small / Medium / Large room size. Large bathroom size. Clean. Stable internet connection. Handheld showerhead. Available in the room: hairdryer, slippers. Able to use EU plugs with no power supply adapter. Amenities: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, toothbrush/toothpaste. Fridge. No minibar. TV: local language channels only. Kind staff. Vegetarian friendly...
We only stayed one night with our group on the way to Lenin Peak. It is a pleasant hotel with a good breakfast. The rooms are quite old, but confortable. The Ac worked ok, and the bathroom was a bit small. It was a little noisy because some rooms have a pool view and there is always guests talking up late in the night.
A large hotel with many rooms, and I really liked the presidential suites. It's comfortable and clean, and the hotel restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes. Guests are mostly from Russia and other countries. The service is excellent. Good luck to the staff.
Well-located hotel about a 15-20 minute walk from the bazaars and Alisher Navoi Park. Quiet as it's located in a cul-de-sac away from the avenue. Good, hearty breakfast. Basic but clean rooms. Free private parking. Satisfactory reception.
It's small and cozy and works well for a short business trip as it has conference hall facilities and spacious dining area. The building with rooms is covered with carpets all along the corridors.
It was great stay in this property and the staff were so friendly and kind
The hotel has seen better days. Rooms are very spacious bathroom are clean and pretty good.
Bar and restaurant are closed unfortunately. The hotel manager is doing his best for clients to feel comfortable.
Breakfast is served in the hotel room and it is good enough.
Location is not great but with Yandex taxi it is ok.
A lot of investment is desperately needed to bring back the hotel to its former glory
Good place for staying staff and other person are good
Hotel is very good and the 24 hour bar facilities very very very very good
Very nice, beautiful hall, Perfect restaurant!😍😍😍
Its a very beautiful hotel. The place was clean and tidy....garden has some nice views and swimmingpool is also good. rooms are spacious. only the gym was bad..
Nice hotel in a quiet area. Room was large and clean with comfortable beds. The receptionist, Nuna, was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to help us with food recommendations and transport. Her English was excellent which made our lives easier. We enjoyed our one night stay.
The hotel has a very good location, has an outdoor swimming pool, the staff are enthusiastic and professional, and the rooms are neat and clean. It is worth recommending, 5 stars!
The hotel was old as well as amenities. The location was good, near the center.
A nice place if you want to experience the Soviet past. The hotel is very well placed in the city and there’s a cashpoint opposite it that gives USD.
Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable for a fair price. We were in Osh for the Silk Road Mountain Race and had our bikes with us which caused a lot of problems for the hotel. They tried to tell us we could not keep the bikes in our room, and argued with us any time we came back into the hotel with them and that they would need to be stored outside. This is unacceptable considering the value of our...
Great location but very dated rooms. Dirty look bathroom (although it may be cleaned ok) with mould on grouting and tiles etc. Also expensive compare with other newly built/decorated hotels arround.
Apparently it's out of business right now, but has very nice dining halls, conference hall, gym, swimming pool. But the rooms themselves are very small, sufficient for a weekend stay but too claustrophobic for any stay longer than a week.
Plus points: Staff are helpful, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good. Minus points: Hotel is about 3km from the centre, rooms are tired, there is an extra charge of 700 Soms (9 Euros) per person per day to use the swimming pool, aircon was noisy but ineffective
Beautiful views and territory. Nice pool. Awesome bar on the roof. Needs to be refreshed. A bit far from the downtown. Fresh air is the compensation.
Karakol, Tynystanova Street, 720075 Karakol, Kyrgyzstan 🧭 Map
Excellent place! Staff, breakfast and atmosphere gets 10 out of 10. It’s a three-star hotel, but as those go, it’s perfect.
Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Karakol!
Loved our stay here. The staff are extremely accommodating, the rooms are clean, nice bathroom with consistent hot water for shower. It was very peaceful and they also provide nice breakfast.
Stayed here for 2 nights, then we went to Jyrgalan valley for 1 night, and came back here again for another night. The location is also great, not too far from the good restaurants and Issyk Kul ski resort.
...
The hospitality of the receptionist is made my day, breakfast was awesome so I decide to give 5 star. A little improvement needed like providing some kettle in rooms with water, but I know if I ask they will bring it for sure.
My room is so warm coz they provide super big heater. Coz I came during winter time.
We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it.
Staff/owners are very friendly and helped us a lot with any information we asked.
Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, has everything you ask.
Hotel has good vibes and very cozy. Beds were very comfortable and linen was crispy fresh and clean.
Special thanks to the charming lady on the reception, she made our stay very lovely...
Most lovely staff you can imagine! Would definitely come back! The rooms are big and clean.
Nice idea but value for money leaves a lot to be desired. They need to work on promoting activities to their guests. Rooms were comfortable and food absolutely delicious and plentiful. Scenery is amazing.
The place is nice and somehow cozy. There is not much around. It includes dinner but be aware that only tea and water is available for drinking. Probably there are some better places around.
Took a tour of the place and it's very nice and high quality. Capacity is 40-50 people with a choice of yurts and "solid yurts" that have showers and bathrooms. The view of the beach is amazing.
It is a 5-stars treatment for me and family. It is depending on which room you are paying. You get what I mean. Room, food, hospitality, I'm satisfy with the service. I love the view, the most. Serenity and surrounding is superb!
Very nice people. Excellent and well furnished breakfast. Really very good. General look nice, rooms a little less fresh. But overall a good experience
Simple and inexpensive. Cheap and not very nice furniture. No restaurant service apart from breakfast in the cellar. No nearby restaurants. Shower holder broken. Electric power socket in shower taped over.
It is a place not far from the center of Karakol. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Globus Mart, and there is a currency exchange office near the mart. (In the case of the room I booked) I can't say that the room service was good because there was no hairdryer or toiletries, but overall, the room was very clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The main reason I personally recommend this place is because...
The location of hotel is very good, near many places of interest and the most central street of Karakol where you have shops, ATMs... I had a room on the first floor (ground floor) which was divided into two: bedroom and larger "living room" with sofa and tv, furniture. The bathroom was quite basic and lack of products like soap and shampoo, no hair dryer as well. Breakfast times were very short, it...
The woman who owns this hotel is very kind and friendly. She was helpful and gave local recommendations. The room was larger than I expected. The hotel is conveniently located along a main road, making it easy to walk places.
Beautiful hotel: coziness, comfort, cleanliness, and most importantly soulfulness. Very tasty breakfasts. Kind staff, you can tell
professionals.
I rented a single room, so cozy everything is comfortable especially the bed (pictures below from the room).
Very good place.
We booked it for 5-6 hours they provided us all necessity. Its very calm place. and very refreshing 😊 must visit once.
A quiet, peaceful and clean place to stay. The reception is polite and eagerly ready to help any time you need smth
One of the best hotel with great hospitality and services. Price is also negotiable. You can also purchase the cultural and traditional gift for your loved ones from this hotel as well. Free wifi and free coffee is a bonus as well. Highly recommended hotel for stay in this locality with this price range 🌟
Excellent breakfast and comfy bed. The staff are very nice and speak good english. We came back twice :) Best place we have been in Kyrgyzstan with great value for money
TourAsia Hotel is offering accommodation in Bishkek. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a shared kitchen, along with free WiFi throughout the property.
Green City Hotel Bishkek is located in the city centre, within a 10-minute drive from Sports Palace and the State Philarmony. Free WiFi access and private parking are available in this hotel.
It's in the center of Osh, and there are restaurants nearby so it's noisy at night.
I stayed at the hotel for 9 days whilst in the country to organise my fathers funeral. He died in the city. I can not speak highly enough of Aziz and the rest of the staff at the hotel. We were collected and dropped off at the airport, helped with taxis, food restaurant orders and even with the logistics of organising a wake. I came to the country not knowing what to expect and I left with an element...
It's a very average place with extremely poor service and low efficiency. When I went to get more water in the room after finishing my own, they refused. The front desk staff only speaks a little Chinese and no English.
Very good location. Nice clean rooms. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful hotel manager. Floor staff needs to be more friendly. Staff in kitchen ignores you when you ask something (eg salt) and you need to repeat it to get it.
We stayed and ate at the hotel. The hotel rooms are comfortable and large enough for 2 persons. WiFi was fast and the AC was strong. Laundry was super quick as well. Though the toilet design isn't that good, it was a great stay overall. Aziz the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. There is a small mini mart and liquor store just next to the hotel.
There is a Chinese restaraunt on the first floor and private cabins on the ground floor with a washing room inside the cabins. Service is good. They serve open buffet lunch at the restaraunt. Not crowded.
This is a great place in great location, not dodgy and not loud - very close to the bazaar and convenient to visit the city, I really enjoyed my stay there. Very clean room and comfy, nicely designed bedroom & bathroom. The cleaning was excellent 🙂 despite the language barrier the staff was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back in the future:)
Here is Hotel T. Amazing hostel.
So clean, nice staff, warm water for shower. 2 big towers and 1 small tower here. There is no hair machine and no shampoo, but that's ok to me. And beautiful sunshine, come throw the windows. And you can cover that if you don't want sunlight.
Staff can not speak English but there's no problem.
The host is very nice and helped in finding a secure car park close by. The room is spacious with a lot of natural light. Clean toilet and comfy bed.
Good hostel, clean. Adi, the owner, was very friendly and very helpful, such a nice host! We really liked him, so kind. The location is not good... but it was worth it, nice room and staff.
Amazing place and super friendly staff, thank you so much to Edil for hosting and making everything so remarkable and awesome stay!! Thank you!!! Looking forward to coming back soon!
Ask for a room on the back as you can hear the hum of lorries, buses and land cruisers on the street below. Comfortable room otherwise with a tidy bathroom and clean linen. The beds appeared quite hard but we had a comfortable sleep, with headphones on to block out the road noise. Breakfast was all aelf service and bowls of bread etc weren't replenished as often as they should be. Not the best breakfast...
Cosy 2 night stay at My Hotel Bishkek. Very small but modern rooms. Mattresses very firm. Good wifi. Aircon fixed to 26 degrees for winter and cant be adjusted. You have to
open the window to cool the room down but there are no flyscreens so the room gets filled with flies. Hotel is on a very noisy main road with buses stopping 24 hours a day. The shower flooded and spilled on bathroom floor, had to...
The service staff is very friendly and helpful to guests!
Breakfast was good.
There was proper car parking arrangement.
Fast rearrangement upon request.
I had an excellent stay at this lovely small hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast—absolutely amazing with a wide variety of delicious options that really set the day off right. On top of that, the location is super convenient, close to everything you might need, whether...
