It's far from the city center, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the mysterious cooling system turns on and off by itself, and someone was knocking loudly on the door at night. The service is slow and unfriendly. I didn't like the breakfast 😞

Great location. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, but their opening hours were really strange and kind of disappointing. There was also a lot of miscommunication regarding the number of full body sized towels needed in our room (there was consistently only 1, but we were two people). I stayed at this hotel for two days in June while on a business trip to Bishkek. While there, I explored the local neighborhood and ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. There is a substantial park near the hotel with a variety of activities available, such as a Ferris wheel, and numerous food vendors. Concerning the breakfast, it was decent. This hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. But the room I got smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Overall, it is good. But I think the price is high compared to what you get. So-so.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The interior was lovely and authentic. The breakfast was average—it seemed to have everything, but it wasn't particularly tasty. I really liked that the hotel had its own grounds with gazebos, which was convenient with a child.

We stayed from February 12th to 16th. The hotel is clean and cozy, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. We left with good impressions and would happily return. We highly recommend it.

Aside from its distance from the city center, it's a pretty good hotel overall. Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs.

Location was close to many things within walking distance. The bed was comfortable (most beds in Central Asia a hard). Room size was fine. I was disappointed it didn't have a pool. The breakfast was good with variety and western option. Room was clean, quiet. Outlook was pleasant suburban location.

The rooms are nice and big with a sofa for a sitting place. The bathrooms are good and have a different shower area. Their services was which if anything was asked for. The provide 2 bottles of water free in the room. The breakfast is okay but have a spacious sitting area. The internet is poor and you cannot depend on it.
