I stayed at this hotel for two days in June while on a business trip to Bishkek. While there, I explored the local neighborhood and ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. This hotel is located near the center of Biscay. It is quite convenient to travel. You need a car to travel easily. But surprisingly, there is no parking. Breakfast is okay. The room size is okay. Aside from its distance from the city center, it's a pretty good hotel overall. Although it's not a true Crowne Plaza hotel, the front desk staff speaks English, the breakfast is decent with a good view, and the rooms are reasonably priced. There are no shops downstairs.

The rooms are nice and big with a sofa for a sitting place. The bathrooms are good and have a different shower area. Their services was which if anything was asked for.
