We stayed for two nights. The room was small, but it had a balcony and was quiet. The staff was friendly. There were a few issues, but they tried to resolve them. Cleaning was good; they changed everything and provided everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft. Towels were clean. The grounds were nice. Breakfast was probably a downside, or at least we weren't able to rate...

The room was very clean and the amenities were excellent. However, the water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Breakfast was delicious.

The sanitation is average, the environment is average, the service is okay, the facilities are average, and the room has a smell, which needs to be improved.

The quietest and most comfortable place to relax. I recently visited Osh and was lucky enough to stay at the Orto Asia Hotel. The hotel itself is located near the airport and a little off the main street, which is essential for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are a bit out of date, but everything is sufficient. The air conditioning was not working in one of our rooms (206) then there was no light in the shower /bathroom (207). Was not as nice as when we stayed in 2019. The breakfast in the morning is very good.

Even though it's a bit off-road, for the price you pay in Osh it is still a great place to stay. Rooms are extra spacious, kitchen is decent and a nice patio outside

I booked room for solo. The room is quite spacious, the bed is big enough, and the bathroom is clean. All is perfect! Price to value is fair. But the room is a little dark. Also, we can hear what next door's guests are talking. So maybe needs soundproofing. But as I said, price to value is good.

The hotels has clean rooms, brekfast is good, thare are groceries and supermarkets just around the corner and it is a 10 minute walk to the main road Chuy Avenue. The best is the personnel, especially the girls at the reception. They speek english and ar very friendly. It was a hotel ware i felt at home.

We have lived in Kyrgyzstan for over a year. I thought this hotel was nice, the facilities are updated and the staff was kind and helpful. If you come from America, like I do - realize you are on the Kyrgyz time. They will serve the meals at set times - it may not be all day. Be willing to be flexible and enjoy how they do things, you will have a lovely time.

Hotel is very good but not happy with services. If you have baggage then there is no lift and no staff assistance. You have to carry your own bags from stairs. Also in room no complementary water, katte, tea, coffee, sugar. Also there are no shops nearby so either you buy everything from hotel or for water go to the restaurant everything. My hotel karakol is one of the best options for accommodation in the city of Karakol. The interior is modern, the breakfasts are good, the reception is very friendly, it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the Karakol ski resort. Located in the east bound of the city, surrounding is not really interesting but there is mega supermarket nearby. Reception is very nice and gave us many useful information.

An excellent hotel in the city center. Large rooms, excellent WiFi. The hotel's airport shuttle is very convenient—just 1,500 som in a large minibus, with bottles of water provided after a long flight. There are plenty of cafes, banks, shops, and other amenities nearby.

In winter, when the heating is turned on, the room smells quite strong. The decoration materials are not environmentally friendly. It feels like it will make you faint.

The hotel's location is really convenient, but there was no hot water in the room, which really put a damper on our stay. The staff didn't say anything about it and didn't resolve the issue.

While the room itself was large, the bed and pillows were extremely hard and not very comfortable. The TV selection was limited to local channels, and breakfast was just okay. The location is a strong point, with many nearby dining options and a grocery store close by. One standout was a restaurant serving local food with English-speaking staff, which made the experience much more convenient.

Everything in the newly renovated hotel is brand new and of a new style. It is considered very newly renovated in this area and the price is not expensive. I recommend everyone to stay there.

The hotel room was spacious, and I really liked its style. The slippers were also great, with thick soles, haha. Breakfast included omelets, but you had to ask the kitchen staff for them. Of course, their English seemed a bit limited. However, if I had to go again, I would definitely choose this hotel. It's a pity I only booked one night; it was the only hotel I took photos of.

It's very close to the city center, and there's a nice coffee shop across the street. The hotel environment is also nice, very clean, and quiet at night. The rooms are also very spacious, making it quite good value for money. I thought their breakfast was good; there was a good amount of food, not as much as it looked.

This hotel has lots of activities nearby to include a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The staff are kind and they sell several local souvenirs. Enjoyed our stay.

Excellence in every category. The rooms are fresh and clean, the breakfast was great. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. It was just minutes away from the center of the city , we walked to the national museum in about 10 minutes. There are also many great places to eat nearby (try Plov House). I'll definitely stay here again.

Dolinnka hotel is amazing 👏 The staff are heart-warmingly beautiful and so friendly, and can speak some English. The private facilities are clean, high quality and the lake beach is incredible, especially for a night swim! The food is healthy and prepared with heart and soul. I would stay again and again without hesitation.

The location is good, there is a shopping center and a restaurant nearby. The design of the hotel is a whole history of the culture and life of the people.

Comfortable beds on a side street - just off a large street but without any street noise. Friendly staff in mid-afternoon greeted me. Rooms are basic but clean. Had air conditioner in the room - I didn't need it in April but in summer will be essential.

The rooms were clean, bathroom spotless (although dirty towels were taken and not replaced…?) and there was also satellite TV if you were interested. WiFi also pretty decent for streaming. We stayed here after completing the Pamir and Wakan Corridor on our motorcycles. This was absolute luxury after what we had been used to. The staff were super friendly and looked after us really well. There was a laundry service which we tool advantage of at a very reasonable price. We rocked up pretty late and they had rooms available. While it was still underway with renovations and didn’t have air conditioning yet, the place is going to be beautiful once it’s done. Really appreciate the staff that helped us and allowed us to store our car securely for 5 days while we horse trekked. Would definitely recommend

It's well located if you want to visit the museum or Suleiman-Too. But a bit far from the actual centre. The 3 person room was really spacious. Clean and quiet.

We had two stays here - the first we were in a great room, spacious and good bed. The second unfortunately in one of the ones right by reception which are smaller and noisey from reception. So look out for that. Breakfast is nothing special but better than nothing. Unfortunately we also did some laundry here and two of the t shirts were permanently ruined, which was a shame to end on.

Very convenient location, always clean, snow-white linen. We already came to this hotel last year and liked everything. The price and quality are excellent.

The bed sheets in the room were a little dirty, but everything else was fine.
