We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. Had a nice time.

A fantastic experience, after dusty roads! Service is excelent, the stuff is supportive. Breakfast there shall be an example to many many hotels in the region. Another advantage is a roofed area where you can sit and relax in the evening with friends, and a 50m distance to a supermarket is a true advantage when you need a cold beer for a warm evening...

Beautiful hotel: coziness, comfort, cleanliness, and most importantly soulfulness. Very tasty breakfasts. Kind staff, you can tell professionals. I rented a single room, so cozy everything is comfortable especially the bed (pictures below from the room).

On the outside this place looks great. Unfortunately maintenance is not great. Our room had a faulty light. So out of 2 only one worked or if they left the second one connected it bright flashed all night. The bathroom tiling is degrading, this will leak onto the room below. Cyclists, be warned! As of August 2022, this hotel consists of multiple buildings, and unfortunately the newest building (Grand Khan Tengri) has anti-bike policies, no safe storage and extremely rude staff. This is my second stay here. This time on the ground floor. The hotel itself seems fine, with relatively spacious rooms, unlike other guesthouses. The price is reasonable. Very good stay in Bishkek centre, the team who helped us are very friendly and helped with everything. Location is central, we had a nice terrace in front of our room with lovely view of Bishkek! Breakfast was very good as well.

Impossible to get in without a key. We called the hotel before coming as requested. When we got there, we couldn't access the hotel, as you can't go up with the lift without a key. We called the reception again but they didn't answer. We waited for over 40 minutes until the receptionist finally came down to let us in. I’ve spent almost 3 weeks in this hotel. Absolutely amazing experience, staff was very attentive and responsive, always been eager to go extra step. Rooms are quite spacious, awesome terrace view, decent brekky. I even was offered spicy ramen on the hangover morning. Definitely the place to come back if visiting Bishkek.

The food differs from other establishments in its excellent, rich taste and at the same time elegant design. Bar, cocktails are straightforward. Service level. The rooms are gorgeous!

The view at the hotel was really great, as was the breakfast: a good Russian style. We liked the nice man at the reception, who helped us with information when needed. The location is near the mountains, a bit far but the air is clean. There is no elevator and the stairs are inconvenient. The reception staff is inexperienced.

Overall it was ok but we were there in October and at the beginning when we checked in the room it was very cold we had to turn on the heating, the floors were cold (we went to have dinner then came back and it was more or less ok, it was also ok at night. Overall it's not a bad hotel to get closer to the mountains and relax)

Location is perfect, I had a very nice room with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Staff is great and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and is delicious! They even brought it directly to my room. Will definitely stay here again!

Reasonable price for a great location only a short walk into the centre of Osh. Get a room on the upper floor if possible. The ground floor rooms would be noisy and get a lot of foot traffic. I certainly recommend this place, it’s great value for money. I really enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable and clean room, good shower. Everything is new. Hotel manager is very kind and helpful and speaks good English. Location is superb, in a quiet street but very close to the buzz of the city center.

The restaurant was elegant and cozy, with a good variety of food to choose from. Asema and Zavlan was very patient and helpful, especially while translating from Russian to English. We truly enjoyed the food and the service.

An excellent hotel in the city center. Large rooms, excellent WiFi. The hotel's airport shuttle is very convenient—just 1,500 som in a large minibus, with bottles of water provided after a long flight. There are plenty of cafes, banks, shops, and other amenities nearby.

I will recommend this guest house 100 times. The owner and everyone are very nice and available. When I wanted a folklore show and dinner in a yurt she made it professionally. The breakfast is plentiful too. Best guest house in Kyrgyzstan for us!!!

I recommend this hostel. The breakfast was very good, Dinner delicious with baked fish, the Lady very caring and generous. The dining room was modern kirgisish Style with a lot of wood and in warm colours with some kirgisish patterns, very different to the dining rooms we were in so far. In the nice Garden we could sit, talk, make yoga… You find everything to feel comfortable and like home.

Came for a Kyrgyz cooking class. Very generous and kind hosts and learned a lot about Kyrgyz culture

All hotels in Bishkek are very clean! The room in this hotel is very small. When I showered, water leaked into the corridor, and then flowed from the corridor through the gap under the door into the floor of the room. Very bad! The room is unimaginably small, and the price is still high. The price is obviously higher than other hotels nearby. The Chinese service is fake. Only the boss can speak a little...
