the location is great for travelers to walk to main sightseeing places and buy souvenirs at Tsum Dept. store and other shopping malls. its cheaper than other hostels around it. cleaning women keeps it tidy enough that i didn't feel dirty smelly at all. by Google map, its a bit hard to find it. and i hope to lend a towel for free.

Very convenient location, always clean, snow-white linen. We already came to this hotel last year and liked everything. The price and quality are excellent.

The bed sheets in the room were a little dirty, but everything else was fine.

Although it faces the street, it is very quiet and the room is clean. The price of an express hotel in second-tier cities in China is more like a hotel, but the facilities are average. A highlight is that the breakfast is good and there is a good local restaurant nearby.

This is a mini hotel with different conditions in the rooms. We lived with our family in a “comfort” room, 1,300 soms for one person per night (5,200 soms for four). Two rooms, shared shower and toilet. One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds, a refrigerator, TV, soap, towels for everyone. A new trip to Bishkek back at the Onyx hotel. Lots of improvement since my last visit. The rooms are refurbished, light and clean. Breakfast room improved and overall was more pleasant. My only regret os I just was there for 2 nights. Looking forward to my next trip.

We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. It's not really hotel. But rooms are clean and week serviced. Employees are nice. Foods are good. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in their cafeteria. In out your package they came in for free. It's very close to the lake. The area is nice and quite.

I spent three days at the hotel. The main advantage is the excellent location, close to the center. The staff was polite. However, the room is clearly tired and in need of renovation: the furniture is scratched, and the bathroom looks dated. The Wi-Fi was unstable. For a short stay it’s tolerable, but for longer periods I would look for a more modern option.

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. The perfect place to explore Ala Archa NP. A comfortable place with clean rooms . Some rooms smaller than others but the friendly helpfully staff is there for support. Hotel have a lot of facilities such as a sauna: welness and swimming pool. Very nice after a long hike. Food is great, especially the fresh trout!! We had a excellent stay and enjoyed it.

Very good hotel, good breakfast, dry sauna, very good rooms, ping pong table, good vibe, toys for children and even traditional cloths for taking pictures ! The swimming pool was totally cold and the jacuzzi doesn't work, so the children were a little bit disappointed, and they didn't have milk for breakfast- these are the only reasons why 4 stars and not 5 stars. There is a toll gate before you reach the hotel, you have to pay 50 som however the road going there is not in the best shape and rather confusing. Location is ok if you are on wheels, otherwise it's not very convenient: it is on the border of town, shops and all are not very close. Overall good hotel. But some facilities (like shower cabin) were slightly broken and bathroom wasn't crystal-clean. Restaurant on the ground floor is pretty good.
