There is a noise problem. It is a newly built building. It feels noisy. However, there is a problem with the soundproofing. I can clearly hear the small conversations in the next room. I don't know if it is because it is winter, but the breakfast seems to have room for improvement. The access road is remote and there is nothing around, and there is no walking path around the lake.

We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. Had a nice time.

A beautiful, clean, calm, well-serviced resort that has amazing staff. It’s still being built. It’s suitable for everyone! Villas and duplex sizes are big! It only needs swatter on the windows so that mosquitoes and other insects don’t get into the room while sleeping. Other than that, it deserves 5 stars rating! It has a cafe that has good food and drinks. I wish them best of luck.

I LOVE cats and they were all around! I found the cutest little baby cat and kept him as a pet! It was a very memorable place. And if you are allergic to cats then this might not be the place for you but I personally LOVED it!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

It's not really hotel. But rooms are clean and week serviced. Employees are nice. Foods are good. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in their cafeteria. In out your package they came in for free. It's very close to the lake. The area is nice and quite.

This wasn't my first time at a triathlon, but it was my first time in Kapriz. It's a beautiful place, and the park and beach area are amazing. Tsarik and his team did their best, as always.

Overall a nice hotel, staff was friendly but not very helpful, The beach it self was a bit dirty but it was much better than some other beaches around that area, Most of the attractions was still open at that time even though it was an off peak time.

I liked the location—a little secluded, yet not far from the beach. The rooms are comfortable, with hot water, WiFi, and everything you need nearby. I booked through Booking.com.

This is our second year coming here with my family. It's a great, quiet place. There are rooms for 2 or 3 people. The room has a private bathroom with a shower. The food is delicious, but not like at home, in the sense that you won't be able to eat your fill... The beach is about 800 meters or so down a shady path. But the beach... it's simply superb! The shore is clean, there's a pier, and the water...

The rooms are not very clean, in their cafe the waiters say you can't order two or three shashlik sticks, the pools in the yard are empty, but the green area is fine.

A wonderful boarding house, an oasis on the shore of Issyk Kul. I liked the service, the rooms and most importantly the food is very tasty. We think we will return to this place again.

The rooms are not bad in general. Probably worth the money. But there are few shelves for small items, or rather none at all. And the sockets for charging the phone are installed very high.
