Good location to the lake. Not bad rooms, spacious. The room has a TV, mini-fridge, bath accessories. Meals must be paid separately. They cook delicious. The hotel is located on the territory of a large boarding house "Kyrgyzskoe seashore" therefore it is convenient for those who want to undergo procedures to improve the body. I would recommend this hotel. I will come back next year with pleasure!

There needs to be someone at the front desk who can speak impeccable English. We tried to tell them that our Refrigerator didn’t work, and our tub leaked causing water to be on the floor. We stayed one night while still in soft opening. The general manager Ovidio was very welcoming and apologized for some of the teething issues at the hotel but welcome the addition to the Kyrgyz hospitality industry. Food was very good.

Would like to go back during the summer season. Its a pretty impressive resort with a huge indoor swimming pool. Their Da Vinci restaurant was the only one open when we were there in February and I must say they have one hell of a chef! Great food indeed! Beach area is kind of small for such a big resort. Had a nice time.

I LOVE cats and they were all around! I found the cutest little baby cat and kept him as a pet! It was a very memorable place. And if you are allergic to cats then this might not be the place for you but I personally LOVED it!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

It's not really hotel. But rooms are clean and week serviced. Employees are nice. Foods are good. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in their cafeteria. In out your package they came in for free. It's very close to the lake. The area is nice and quite.

This wasn't my first time at a triathlon, but it was my first time in Kapriz. It's a beautiful place, and the park and beach area are amazing. Tsarik and his team did their best, as always.

The renovations are good, fresh, and quite beautiful. The bathroom is small—the shower and toilet are not separated, even in the four-bed rooms, so everything gets wet. The landlady tries to cheat with the prices, constantly playing with the rooms, asking you to move. This is one of the cleanest hotels we've been in, and we look for cleanliness as a priority. Absolutely wonderful staff here. I was very lucky that several people spoke English because it is very rare where there are not so many English speaking tourists. Absolutely my to recommendation is to start and eat here. I didn't add room photos because the rooms look exactly like their pictures.

We stayed in August 2025. It's compact, cozy, and the grounds are very well-maintained. A huge thank you to director Anara and her staff for their attention and care.
