This is our second year coming here with my family. It's a great, quiet place. There are rooms for 2 or 3 people. The room has a private bathroom with a shower. The food is delicious, but not like at home, in the sense that you won't be able to eat your fill... The beach is about 800 meters or so down a shady path. But the beach... it's simply superb! The shore is clean, there's a pier, and the water is relatively shallow (about 2.5 meters from the edge of the pier) for people like me who are afraid of deep water. The total price per person, including a room and three meals a day, is 1,000 rubles.
I don't know what the rates will be in the future, but this place offers a perfect price/quality ratio.

The rooms were extremely dirty, and the bed smelled of urine. The shower and toilet were a sight to behold. The beach was very far away. The set menu was not tasty. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are not very clean, in their cafe the waiters say you can't order two or three shashlik sticks, the pools in the yard are empty, but the green area is fine.

The beach is very far away, the alley leading to the beach is all broken, unkempt, like the beach itself. The territory of the boarding house itself is more comfortable: all in the shade of coniferous trees, the paths are paved with cobblestones, there are benches - but it is only 500 square meters, you can't walk much. Boring, very boring.

It's very cool, there's a swimming pool, exercise machines, a clean beach, internet access, a playground, in short, the best boarding house I've ever been to.
