Cons: they settled an hour later than the agreed time, as they allegedly cleaned the room. We arrived from far away so it was inconvenient to wait. The room is dirty, shower and toilet, balcony, it was dirty everywhere, sand, walls and tulle all covered in blood due to smeared mosquitoes. The bed linen is torn, the bed is broken, the TV does not show, the cupboards are dusty. The price for an apartment is not small, 100 dollars a day, they could clean up properly.
Can be fixed.... Add hand and foot towels.
There is a problem with electricity, the "light" is periodically turned off and as a result there is no water, neither cold nor hot.
When leaving, they closed the barrier, carried things from the building to the car. Check in was no problem. And they helped to open the barrier. To load things for departure.
