Тулпар (Иссык-Куль) in Basteri

We rested in the Tulpar boarding house from 07/29/2023 to 08/5/2023
There are many more disadvantages than advantages. So I'll start with the good:
1. Large, green area. Fresh spruce smell
2. Sandy beach, quite large. The entrance to the lake is very gentle and safe. And relatively clean compared to Bosteri center
3. The food was ok, but there was a lack of variety. At least 2 dishes to choose from. And not like in a factory canteen in the 80s.
4. Hot and cold water was always available in the rooms
5. Quiet and peaceful place, not far from the fair. Suitable for older people and small children.
And now about the cons:
1. Very old buildings that have not seen major renovation for a long time.
2. Very ancient furniture, beds with dented, squeaky mattresses.
3. There was no kettle, TV or refrigerator in the room. A refrigerator was provided upon request (it was essential for storing insulin)
4. We checked into a room that was barely tidy. Dusty, not tidy, bed linen not made, curtains half torn. The balcony is generally dirty.
5. Upon request, they provided bedding, which apparently has also been used for 10-15 years. They didn't provide towels, as if there weren't enough for everyone.
6. During the entire stay (a week), cleaning was not carried out even once. The maids and manager mostly sat in their room.
And now separately about the situation on the beaches. People on motorboats, scooters and other equipment have never even heard of safety precautions. They fly among swimmers at great speed. There is no separate pier or mooring for them. This is a question for the Ministry of Tourism of Kyrgyzstan. Otherwise, deaths will continue to occur.
