One word: Perfect. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds. Nice location and good atmosphere. Good location to enjoy the lake. Accessible. The staff is very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay with a group of people.

A nice boarding house in a beautiful, quiet location.
The large grounds are shared by all the boarding houses.
Birch trees, squirrels, and beauty.
The room is nice and clean, with a kettle and refrigerator. The linens are clean.
It was very nice to receive a gift of my favorite French pastries – delicious.
I was captivated by the hospitality; the people working at the boarding house are very responsive and kind.
There are 4 cafes where you can eat. The most expensive and decent one is Daira.
You can eat everywhere.
Delicious, good portions.
This is my third trip to Kyrgyzstan.

The beach is nice, with a very beautiful pier, and the water is warm and clean. I recommend Delfin Murok 10 out of 10❤️❤️😻😻😍😍

The food was good, but not bad and not great. The room had a refrigerator, a Soviet-era TV that didn't even work, a small electric heater, and the bathroom was very noisy. The sink had cold water. A wardrobe, mirrors, and a couple of crooked hangers were missing. Cleaning wasn't provided during the stay. The water on the ground floor was frequently shut off because of the noise. The first time we didn't notice, we thought it had been shut off completely. The security guards on the first floor kept turning it off when we screamed, then turning it back on again. Basically, it was crap.

The linens and towels were spotless. We would like to thank the staff, who were very attentive, polite, and friendly. Special thanks to
Nurzat. In our haste, we forgot to take a couple of dried trout from the refrigerator, which we had bought specifically as gifts for friends. We called Nurzat and explained our problem, and Nurzat quickly found a way to have the fish delivered to us in Bishkek the next day.
We have only positive impressions of our stay at this hotel! We highly recommend this place.
