We booked a quadruple room as the description mentioned about a kitchen with kitchenware. When I entered the shared kitchen, there were no vessels that i could use for the stove top. I decided to go ahead and heat our food in the microwave, but it was not cleaned at all. We only went here for food, not sleep, but it was excellent. Very generous portion for 300 som per person. We had arranged dinner the day before, not spontaneously!

Wow..wow...wow!!! Just amazing. The place is awesome. The design of the house, the garden, the big rooms, everything was above expectation. Mr. Bektur, the owner is one of the most generous, humble, cooperative person I have ever seen who has gone extra thousand mile to make our visit to Kyrgyzstan an unforgettable one. May Allah bless him and his family.

Lovely serene place. It's a bit far from city Central and we had but hard time finding it as its relatively new and not many people have heard about it. Once you get there, it's awesome. Cozy rooms, very welcoming and helpful hosts. Very clean! Breakfast is available in the morning for 300-400 som. It's a good choice, with scrambled eggs and sausages, porridge, coffee, tea, cocoa, and more. There are thermal springs nearby, and Issyk-Kul beach is a 7-minute walk away. There are cafes along the way, and a restaurant on the shore.

I loved our short stay here. The welcome was so warm, and the rooms were very large and spacious. Cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless. +1 Located across from the thermal baths, which should not be missed.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and the quality level matches that. The owner is nice lady. Definitely can recomend but expect it’s gonna be matching the price.

A two-story guesthouse, crowded when full. The grounds are not very green. Beautiful willow, petunias, and roses. A small playground. Swings with a canopy. A chicken coop. Meals are available, but when we were there, the cook was away and the menu was unknown, so the housekeepers cooked. Tables are cleared after scheduled meals, but if people eat on their own, they don't clean up after themselves and...

Very good location…staff are all helpful, friendly, and polite. The food provided here was delicious and filling. It is in a very convenient location as well. Clean rooms and toilets. No issues!

Every year we have a rest with children. The guest house is getting better and better every year. Comfortable rooms, inside there is a TV, shower, hot water, wardrobe, refrigerator and very comfortable beds with clean linens. And also delicious food and quite reasonable prices for all this. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!

The experience of a clean and clear hotel room is refreshing, peaceful, and relaxing, offering a sense of order and tranquility.

We have been here by the end of the season, I think this is a great place if you in general don’t have high expectations. Mind you that you are paying per bed in the room, so if you are staying alone in a two persons room, you will still pay the full price. The price is not high and it is fully understandable that you pay for the room. The rooms are not extremely clean, the beds are not super comfortable...
