The design of the house, the garden, the big rooms, everything was above expectation

We raised it upto to the host about no vessels and to our surprise, he gave us frying pan which was so rusted. It killed all our mood to heat any of our food

The host was quick in responding but a kitchen so unclean is not acceptable especially when travelling with kids. rooms are clean and as per the pictures

The owner is quite cordial and shared us his best room although we paid for a cheaper one. It was not the season in early April, despite that we had excellent time there. Rooms have great view of the lake and mountains

Bektur, the owner is one of the most generous, humble, cooperative person I have ever seen who has gone extra thousand mile to make our visit to Kyrgyzstan an unforgettable one. May Allah bless him and his family

We only went here for food, not sleep, but it was excellent. Very generous portion for 300 som per person. We had arranged dinner the day before, not spontaneously!

I've been staying at the Prestige boarding house for several years now. I always book a room in advance. The hosts are always very welcoming and sociable. The rooms themselves are quite cozy

Cozy rooms, very welcoming and helpful hosts. Very clean! Breakfast is available in the morning for 300-400 som. It's a good choice, with scrambled eggs and sausages, porridge, coffee, tea, cocoa, and more

Meals are available, but when we were there, the cook was away and the menu was unknown, so the housekeepers cooked

A two-story guesthouse, crowded when full. The grounds are not very green. Beautiful willow, petunias, and roses

I loved our short stay here. The welcome was so warm, and the rooms were very large and spacious. Cleanliness was impeccable. Everything was spotless. +1 Located across from the thermal baths, which should not be missed.

You get what you pay for. It’s cheap and the quality level matches that. The owner is nice lady. Definitely can recomend but expect it’s gonna be matching the price.

Tables are cleared after scheduled meals, but if people eat on their own, they don't clean up after themselves and no one wipes down the table, leaving it dirty

Mind you that you are paying per bed in the room, so if you are staying alone in a two persons room, you will still pay the full price. The price is not high and it is fully understandable that you pay for the room

The rooms are not extremely clean, the beds are not super comfortable (make sure you are extremely tired then you would not care at all), the bathroom is old and it is stinky

We have been here by the end of the season, I think this is a great place if you in general don’t have high expectations
