Everything is fine. There are good deluxe rooms, and there are ordinary ones. In our room, the handles at the shower doors fell off (we fixed them ourselves), the toilet paper holder (we also fixed it ourselves), there was no attachment for the shower holder, one bed was tilted towards the wall (curve). Bed caps always flew off when you accidentally grabbed them. There are not enough shelves in the closet. Even taking into account the fact that the room does not claim to be a luxury, such little things can be corrected and everything done neatly.

Our vacation began with the fact that we were not settled at 14-00, we made an advance payment for two weeks, indicated the day before that we were going, everything is in force. The administrator Altynai says that the check-in is from 14-18, that is, they are not aware of any international rules at all. We are 5 people settled in a 3-bed room for 4 hours, arguing that they have not left our room yet and there was some kind of mistake. Complete nonsense, the mood is spoiled. We went to the beach, returned by 18-00, but our room is still occupied. Altynai's mother replies very rudely - go deal with her, I must say that after that this woman never greeted me during the 7 days of our stay there. For a minute, this is the owner of the hotel, as I understand it. "Hospitality" will provide you here. Only at 20-00 we were settled in the room. The room has clean bedding, washed towels, a broken cot, but we did not complain, but put the suitcase under it. The window in the room was broken, the dishes were beaten, the lid did not fit the kettle, the doors were closing very noisily. After cleaning the room after 4 days, we found that we had not been given towels. I went after them and there was no way to give them to me, they immediately sent me to wait for the staff, and we are from the lake, everyone needs to wash. I wrote a WhatsApp, sent my eldest daughter, and only after 20 minutes they brought them to us. The staff is inattentive. For two nights, large companies hung out in the pool, made noise, drank, rattled doors, and the owners don’t make any comments to them, so if you want to relax, and not listen to the night parties of “their own”, this place will not suit you. The floor in the dining area is dirty, the kitchen is not there as promised, simply because the cook is missing.

I do not recommend this place to stay. The level of service is very lame.
