Great location. Mostly small rooms, feel crowded. Food barely acceptable. Most of it tastes the same.

Wonderful boarding house. Attentive, caring staff. Excellent cooks, delicious food with beautiful presentation, smiling and responsive staff, quickly solving any problems, right down to preparing individual dishes. The most beautiful flower beds and flower gardens, potted flowers in vases and on each veranda cause special delight.

My wife and I stayed at this boarding house in early August 2024. The grounds are well-maintained, with flower beds, lawns, and a garden. We stayed in building 2/2. The room is more than double, with two rooms and a bathroom. Everything in the room worked. The internet is a bit weak on the property. Three meals a day are provided, no frills, but passable. The beach is excellent and clean. The entry into the water is clay and rocks, making it a bit cloudy. The pier is new, not like the one in Okhotny Dvor. There's a bar in the corner of the beach with bartender Yuri. He's a perpetually drunk guy. And if you sit down at the counter with a cocktail, he'll tell you everything he knows and doesn't know. The cocktails are expensive. Everything else is B+! Thank you!
