Murok plyus Pansionat in Bosteri

We checked into the Murok Plus boarding house on August 17, 2025. The grounds are large and beautiful, with lots of pine trees and squirrels running around—that's where the positives end. We checked into a suite and noticed a smell in the room. It turns out they hadn't thrown out trash from previous guests; it's unclear how long it had been there. The mosquito nets were torn, the curtains had been pulled back from the window, and they fell on the floor. We tried to hang them ourselves, but they were all dusty and dirty. The bathroom floor and shower stall were covered in numerous dead and living bugs. There were tons of them running all over the bathroom. The faucet was loose on the sink, and the refrigerator wasn't working. We called the staff and they said it wasn't working. They told us it was working and left. Later, water started leaking from the refrigerator, a lot of it, under the carpet, so we had to throw a towel on the floor. On the third try, they brought us a dryer, but it turned out to be broken. They brought the bed linens and left them there. The pillows, blankets, and mattresses were in terrible condition, apparently not updated in years. The food was average. We barely made eye contact with the administrator during our 24-hour stay. We barely made it through the day before finding another boarding house and leaving. We'll definitely never return here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at the Murok-Plus boarding house in July 2025. The grounds are landscaped, with plenty of trees and gazebos, but the dining room is terrible. The food is unappetizing, the menu is monotonous, and they don't even know how to make basic porridge for breakfast, with the pancakes all covered in oil. For dinner, they served khonim (a type of porridge)—the dough was very thick, and the meat was undercooked. We called the administrator to complain, but the response was, "If you don't like it, go eat in the cafeteria—somewhere else," despite having paid for three meals a day. The dining room staff is extremely rude and disrespectful to guests. I don't recommend this boarding house until they replace the dining room staff.

Our stay at this boarding house was a real disappointment. We rented a suite, but "suite" was just a name. There were two TVs in the room, both of which didn't work. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep.

The food in the dining room was simply awful: tasteless, monotonous, and sometimes even had a suspicious odor. When we asked the staff about this, instead of an apology, we received a rude response.

The rooms aren't cleaned unless you ask for it. And even if you do, you're not guaranteed to get it. The staff is rude, unfriendly, and speaks loudly to guests.

Our vacation was ruined. We absolutely do not recommend this place. The Murok Plus boarding house is a complete disaster.
