Ski Paradise Hotel in Karakol

I went with my family to this hotel and it was one of the worst, if I had the chance to rate it half star I would. the owner of this hotel threatened my dad and tried hitting him with a stick, he even told my dad that he did not want him in the hotel we were staying at. I do not recommend this place at all

Cleaning service very poor
, no soap, tolit tissue, kitchen cleaning sponges, tissue

Exhaust fan very small, cannot take bad smell

Water supply very poor
especially for path, get disturb during taking path

No Sound proof between two apartment and inside each apartment.

No shataf in toilet between room

Number of toilet not enough for around 8 people.

Road very poor toward rough road

I recently had the opportunity to visit a charming ski resort nestled in the breathtaking mountain range. The scenic beauty surrounding the resort was nothing short of awe-inspiring, with snow-covered peaks and stunning panoramic views that left me in constant admiration.

Upon my arrival, the staff welcomed me warmly, setting a positive tone for my stay. The initial interactions were pleasant, and it seemed like the perfect destination for a winter retreat. The resort itself boasted well-maintained facilities and a cozy ambiance that added to the overall charm.

However, my experience took an unfortunate turn when heavy snowfall disrupted my plans to check out. The staff's demeanor shifted drastically, and I found myself facing an unexpected challenge. Rather than displaying understanding and empathy in the face of unforeseen circumstances, the staff seemed more focused on financial concerns.

To my dismay, I encountered resistance when attempting to address the situation. Instead of finding a solution that prioritized customer satisfaction, the resort staff appeared more interested in pressuring me to pay an exorbitant fee for an additional night. This stark contrast in attitude, from warm hospitality to a profit-driven stance, left me disheartened.

It was disappointing to witness the resort prioritizing financial gain over ensuring a positive guest experience. Despite the initial promise of a delightful stay, the unpleasant encounter during check-out tainted my overall perception of the ski resort. While the natural beauty of the mountain range remains a highlight, the resort's handling of the unforeseen circumstances left me with a bitter aftertaste. A balance between customer happiness and financial considerations is essential for any establishment, and it's regrettable that the resort seemed to veer towards the latter in my particular situation.

Staff: has very bad attitude.
Location: amazing location.
Services: no services no complimentary water, tea and other services.
Transportation: the way to hotel is very very bad.
Cottage status while check in: door, cupboards, lights, cartens and heaters were broken down and i had to fix some by myself.
Overall: this hotel needs someone who really understands how to run business perfectly to make it 4 stars hotel.

horrible service staff not friendly when we complained about leakage in toilet they say it’s our problem and they promised us that every day they will clean the room but they dint do it and no restaurants nothing here
