Booked Premium room for 2 nights…Absolutely disgusting. The hotel looks like a horror movie set from 1980s Soviet times. Filthy carpets, bugs crawling around, and the bed sheets had dried snot on them—yes, actual snot.

Food was just as horrifying: breakfast and all other meals were tiny, no protein, just cheap, miserable portions like you’re in a mental hospital. And to top it off—no Wi-Fi. I couldn’t even sleep the night. Avoid this nightmare at all costs.

Massage is only good thing about this place, I recommend.

The hotel is very expensive for the services. The lake is great, the room looks nice and renovated,but keeps falling apart (door handles broken, wifi not working, different parts unfinished)... the meals are very small and it's impossible to buy some food or even get a normal drink in the evening. Totally overpriced. The staff is nice,but usually only speaks Russian and is not able to help much. Do not recommend.

The general concept of the hotel is nice. The execution of the rooms, pavements and everything around it very poor / dangerous.

Services of the staff are a joke, nobody speaks any other European language and nobody is willing to assist you with anything. If you are on a strict diet, the portions might suffice, otherwise bring a lot of food.

Totally overpriced.

we decided to spend one night here. The resort is very well planned and new however the people building it did just horrible job. Many things are done on "that will just do" basis. Its far from European precision. It feels like it was planned somewhere else and then handed over to locals to build it.
Nobody is speaking English or French or Spanish ... just Russian.
Service is not existent, the reception is rude and arrogant.
Seriously for 260 USD a night, the service is extremely bad but extremely bad. Highly NOT recommended!

Awesome lake, not so good service. Choose this resort on my friend's experience 3 years ago. Apparently property changed hands multiple times since then. Tranquiling retreat become tourist trap.
Our room was not ready at 6pm when we arrived and we waited about hour to get in. Room had no AC and very hot. Mosquito nets on balcony doors were busted. Furniture in total disarray.
On top of that they had problems with electric and water multiple times during our stay. WiFi is useless.
On good side lake is still as good as it gets. If you are ok with uncomfortable accommodations you will enjoy your beach expirince.
