Wonderful place, friendly staff and close to everything you'd possibly need. The food is top notch for Issyk-Kul area! We enjoy the stay on every visit and dreaming of coming back, while we away

The hotel is excellent, the only problem area is the kitchen. Not very tasty(((and, of course, as soon as you leave the territory, you find yourself in the “slums”. The hotel itself, I repeat, is wonderful

I was very disappointed…. nice facility, everything clean, but appearances are deceiving, the pool is a joke (looks like from Amazon) you don't have to talk about the WiFi (I couldn't even google anything AND WHY THE HELL DO THEY HAVE A STERKER IN THE HOUSE AND DON'T USE IT) The staff was also rude and the food was a mess, the pelmeni were bad and the borsch was a tomato soup. Now comes the negative hylight I couldn't open the door to my house anymore. When I called the landlady, all I got was a bored yes. She came after half an hour and opened the door after 15 minutes and just said: this has never happened before. I just thought, it's good for her that it's never happened before, what should I do now? Then she walked away bored and just said that the rep will be coming soon. So for 50 euros per day I would have expected more

One of those places that would suit many who would like to have a great holiday. Good service, polite staff, and most importantly very clean rooms and linens. The cottage is very cozy, and the area itself is beautiful.
