Pet fee 15€/dog. Good sized family room really spacious for two dogs and a family of four. A large, beautiful park nearby. There was a market hall next door where you could get food and a Maxima across the road. A very good breakfast is included in the price of the accommodation. You can also park your car in the hotel yard at no extra charge. Overall, you get value for money here. The night was really quiet and there was no extra noise in the room from anywhere.

The hotel is located not far from the center of Riga. It feels a bit worn and slightly neglected, possibly due to ongoing renovations, but overall it leaves a pleasant impression — most likely thanks to the breakfasts. The breakfast is generous and quite tasty.
The price during the pre-Christmas period was reasonable, but after New Year’s it felt less attractive. The sofa bed in the apartment is awkward to unfold and uncomfortable to sleep on. The bed in the bedroom, as well as the pillows, are also rather uncomfortable. That said, for one night it’s acceptable. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The biggest downside is that parking cannot be reserved in advance. On the plus side, it is free. Thank you!

Even though the location is quite far from centre, but it can easily accessed by public transport (tram, bus). It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town. Room was okay, it’s just I wish I got single queen/king bed instead of 2 twins bed since I was alone. Not sure whose fault, but the noise from the hallway at night was really annoying and i had trouble to fall asleep due to noise from other guests voice outside my room.

This hotel exceeded my expectation. The location is good. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The surroundings are quiet. Not sure how good the public transport is because I was driving. They have free parking, which is nice. The breakfast is the highlight. The range of selection and quality is better than some 4 star hotels I stayed. The rooms don't have AC so be careful in summer. Luckily it was not too hot during my stay. The lift can be slow sometimes. Facilities in the rooms are quite basic. But I would definitely choose it just for the breakfast.

This hotel does do not deserve even one star.I was staying here in November 2022.This was my most awful stay ever.
Staff was rude and frequently during evening there were drunken men and women hanging about outside hotel and arguing.It is not nice when during the evening you hear drunken arguments and swearing.But most awful was following-this hotel is built in old 5 storey apartment building and It occupies just couple floors of that building.The way it is converted into hotel is below any standards.Walls are so thin you can hear everything what is spoken next room.Even moderate conversations of people who live in the room next doors could be heard.The hotel room doors are such a low quality that they opens and closes with force and all floor shakes when you close your door.
The hallway floors are squeeking when someone walks past and the walls between hotel rooms has no insulation.
My business trip was ruined and I made my rewiev on booking com.
Of course they did refuse compensation and did not even apologise.
There are lot of unhappy customers reviews here -about the noise from neighbours but hotel admin is always blaming noisy guests.
I assure everyone-no noisy guests to blame.Soundproofing is below any standards and that is hotels owner fault.Should ut be reasonably built-no noise to be heard.
I have never ever experienced such a terrible place.
They had to apologise and compensate for my ruined stay and they had to improve their premises but judging by recent reviews they have not improved anything.
I am writing this to protect fellow travellers from unnecessary and avoidable stress.
Avoid this establishment.There are plenty of good hotels nearby where to stay trouble free.

The staff is very nice and helpful and can speak very good English. Breakfast was good too with hot food like bacon, eggs, mixed vegetables, baked beans , potatoes and sausages. Lots of varieties.
