Could it have been a kgb hotel, backed up to the old usa embassy??
The rooms are clean, the food is delicious. The breakfast hours are long, which is great.
The meeting room was arranged in the way we requested and the hotel staff constantly supported us throughout every step of the process. The catering during the breaks was always on time.
The location is perfect, close to everything, especially to the city center.
The gym is very well-kept!

The stay is pleasant because of the helpful staff. The room needs renovation as the air conditioning has knocking sounds. It's clean and the facilities are acceptable with kettle and coffee/ tea. The location is excellent.
