Located in a modern and newly developed area, this hotel offers beautiful rooms and excellent service. Riga is an amazing city — I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel.

"I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson in Riga! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms are modern and impeccably clean, with beautiful views of the city. The location is ideal, allowing easy access to Riga's charming Old Town and main attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I truly felt at home and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riga.. it's the perfect blend of luxury and comfort!"

Nice Park Inn hotel. Nice room in a quite big as hotel. The hotel has a restaurant. The breakfast is quite good. Unfortunately there are not enough seats to accomodate all the people that can stay in the hotel.

Location is not very good, however they are not far from the center (by car/taxi). The area is a bit weird and the arrival is quite complicated.
The receptionist are unpleasant, unprofessional und the management should look after a training for them how to behave.
We paid for the accommodation and were told that the invoice will be sent by email.
After several days nothing happened, I tried to call them but the line is not working!
They don’t replied to my email.

So unprofessional, never again!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for two days and were very satisfied with everything. When we checked in, there was a very friendly receptionist who made sure we got a room on the same floor as our older children. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very tasty and varied. The staff is friendly and polite. We dare to choose the same hotel on our next visit. Thank you!

The horrible hotel ever which I used for the last 5 years. Room cost 120€ and there is no normal blankets. When I asked housekeeping to change blanket she said “if you think we have another normal one- you wrong. All our blankets are the same.” See pictures please, the fluff inside was crumpled. I told to reception that I have problem with health and I need a normal blanket, she said “unfortunately all blankets are like this ona”, I asked her to solve the problem because for a cost of 120€ per night it should be normal one.
In the end they gave me the second one the same tiny blanket and as the result I got sick. Thanks radisson and Darja who was on reception, I did not expect it from you.
And one more, they said that the age of hotel is 8 years, so it’s normal to have blankets like this, I said that it is not problem of the client, it is hotels problem. Housekeeping staff can’t normally speaking, first of wall how she said me about blankets and Second Lady told me “it is so hot in you room, maybe you don’t know how to switch on AC.” I told that I need to be in warm place, because of health and only after that that she start to talk normally. I’m shocked!

A simplied hotel with the necessary amenities as a member of this popular hotel chain. Fitness is small but 24/7. Everything fits in my needs perfectly at this rate, with all my satisfaction.

Having read a lot of reviews about this place I wasn't feeling too optimistic but from the get go it was very good on arrival we were greeted by a smiley happy Ukrainian lady who help us with checking in as our booking had got lost somewhere on entering the room I was pleasantly surprised it was clean and tidy and smelt fresh for the 5 nights I stayed I felt very comfortable the area isn't particularly pretty to look at little hotel is on a main tram line into the city and a bolt taxi is only 4 euros all in all a lovely stay and will return x

I had the cheapest dormitory option and I was on a small room with a bunk bed for 2 which gave me privacy. Not the cleanest hotel/hostel but the bathroom was 4/5 clean. Free parking is a plus and reception was nice and helpful.

Stayed here two nights and got very annoying bed bugs. Hotel is even nice but very badly organized. Couldn't get in after midnight because the magnetic card they provided wasn't working.

When we arrived to this so called "hotel" we thought that the outside of the hotel and the reception area looked ok, but as soon as we got to our designated floor we were hit by the smell of ashtray from people smoking on their rooms with open doors into the hallway. Me and my room mate for the trip said to each other as long as this smell doesn't get in to the room we should be fine, but none of us expected what absolute horror lie in wait for us.
We entered the room and we thought it looked ok as it looked renovated, but as soon as we opened the door to the bathroom we were both gagging as the most intense smell of BLACK MOLD permiated the ENTIRE room. I would never enter a room like this with my bare feet much less take a shower in this enviroment that obviously had liquid damage as we noticed the basin was leaking. The black mold was concentrated on the door frames and we saw black mold particles on the window frame aswell.
I could only stand that smell for about 2,5 minutes before I got a massive headache and we decided to abbandon the hotel that shouldn't be called a hotel because this is in all meanings of the word at best a hostel and a bad one at that. We checked out from this so called hotel and found a new much better hotel in central old town!
If I could I'd leave a 0/5, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

So WORST the experience was, room was not clean, when I entered the room it was filled with cigarette smoke, and the hotel cleaning staff was drinking alcohol, and we were forced to share the room with them.
I asked room cleaning women to clean the cigarette dust from the table, she was so racist and said something bad to my face and closed the door so hard.
No good ambience, will not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.
