Fabulous location and very helpful staff on reception - keen to give recommendations for restaurants etc. I happened to mention it was my birthday during our stay and they put a bottle of Rigas sparkling wine and flute glasses in our room with a little card wishing me happy birthday. Lovely sized rooms, comfy beds, good shower and a quiet hotel.

Much cigarette smoke from neighbor on the terrace In general the breakfast was okay. But the poultry was cold and the egg was cooked to much. And it should not be allowed to sit on the ground terrace and smoke and make neighbors to passive smoker. And the room could be a little bit more warm and cozy.

Apartment style family rooms with stairs to second floor are not really child/toddler friendly unfortunately. Bathroom was small and uncomfortable. No refund policy, if You book for several nights, but leave early.

The rooms were clean and comfortably furnished. The hotel made us feel welcome. The only downside is the parking spaces, which are few and one night we had to find a place on the opposite street. I praise the breakfast and the service, everything was 5+. I also used the spa services and the massage was great, so I recommend them.

A modern hotel with large rooms, very friendly staff, OK breakfast, and just 2 blocks away from the beach. It's 1.5 km to the busy center which can be done easily by walking, Bolt, or e-scooters. Laundry of a full load is 10 Euro only. I'd probably stay here again when back in Jurmala

The rooms were huge. The person who chooses the sleeper couch is spared the snoring in the bedroom given the door that closes on it. Breakfast was promptly ready at 7am. Egg soufle was light and fluffy. Large selection. Front end help was superlative.

This hotel was recommended by a client. It's reasonably priced, but the bed is a bit soft. It's a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, and Albert Street is right next door. Riga isn't a big city, so staying here is very convenient!

Entrance to foyer is up about 10 STEEP steps with inadequate handrail. Be warned if you are wobbly on your feet, no one will help with your cases. Bus guests made breakfast a real nightmare. I have never experienced a breakfast like this anywhere in the world.

Peaceful hotel in a really beautiful area. We had no view from the junior suite but it was clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast selection was good but the breakfast buffet was quite crowded each morning. The sauna facilities were nice, but sauna was missing a light for some reason. Friendly staff. What a Gem! So glad I found this boutique hotel right in the heart of “old town” Riga. Only a handful of rooms, each unique and very nicely appointed. Villa Santa is a magical place surrounded by a forest, in the most beautiful town of Vidzeme. Every time I return there, I feel like home. The restaurant serves excellent food. In this place, every detail has been thought out for the well-being of the guests.

Beautiful old hotel nicely adorned with multiple buildings to stay in. Dinner was great and they easily adapted to our food sensitivities. Breakfast is more than ample with many choices for hot and cold. Don’t forget to do the sauna. Both regular and steam saunas in the hotel to go back and forth in or sit for a few minutes and enjoy the view of the forest.
